Clinical Observation Of Electro-acupuncture At Shenshu And Huiyang Points In The Treatment Of Deficiency Syndrome Constipation After Stroke

Research purpose:In this subject,through random number table single blind method,the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Shenshu and Huiyang points was compared with ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of constipation due to deficiency syndrome after stroke.Clinical application value of acupoints and Huiyang points in the treatment of constipation due to deficiency syndrome after stroke.Research methods:73 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group 37 cases and control group 36 cases.Both groups were given basic treatment for stroke.The treatment group selected bilateral Shenshu and Huiyang points,and connected the electrodes to Shenshu point(positive electrode);the electrical acupuncture at Huiyang point(negative electrode)was sparse wave,and the intensity was used to acupuncture muscles.Beating and the patient can bear it,the treatment time is 30 min.The control group selected the commonly used acupoints for constipation according to "Acupuncture and Moxibustion" [1]: Tianshu,Dachangshu,Zhigou,Zusanli,Shangjuxu,and applied the method of restoring and relieving diarrhoea,and kept the needle for 30 minutes.Months.The average daily voluntary defecation(CSBMs),stool traits,and difficulty in defecation were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Research results:1.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the baseline data(age,gender,course of disease,etc.)and the average CSBMs,stool character score and defecation difficulty(P >0.05).2.After treatment,the average CSBMs of the two groups were improved(P < 0.01),the difference was statistically significant,and 30 days aftertreatment,the average CSBMs of the two groups were compared(P < 0.05),there was statistical difference.In the later follow-up,the average CSBMs of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.01).The mean CSBMs of the two groups were compared(P < 0.05).The results showed that: in terms of improving the average number of complete self defecation every day,the two groups had significant clinical effects,and the long-term effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.3.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05,P < 0.01).The results showed that the two groups had significant clinical effect in improving the character of stool.4.After treatment,the defecation difficulty of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05,P < 0.01),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results show that: in terms of improving the degree of defecation difficulty,the two groups have significant clinical effects,and the treatment group is better than the control group.5.In terms of clinical efficacy and total clinical effective rate,86.49% in the treatment group and 77.77% in the control group.According to the statistical test,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The results showed that the overall clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Research conclusion:1.Electroacupuncture at Shenshu and Huiyang points has a significant clinical effect on constipation of post apoplectic asthenia syndrome,which can effectively improve the symptoms such as decreased defecation times,laborious defecation and poor defecation after apoplexy.The long-term effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture.2.Electroacupuncture at Shenshu and Huiyang points has few adverse reactions and definite effect,which provides new ideas and new methods for clinical practice.
