The Clinical Research Of Treatment Of Liver And Kidney With Acupuncture Therapeutics Of Female Hyperprolactinemia

Objective:To observe the curative effect of treatment of liver and kidney with acupuncture therapeutics on female hyperprolactinemia.Methods: according to the table of random number,we divide the qualified patients into two groups equally.One is acupuncture group and another is medical group.The treatment of medical group is to take oral medicine bromocriptine.At the initial stage,take it two times a day andeach time for 1.25 mg.After one week,take it three times a day and each time for 2.5mg.And they would take medicine for three months constantly.As for the acupuncture group,the patients would receive treatment of liver and kidney acupuncture treatment on the basis of taking oral medicine bromocriptine.The main acupuncture points of treatment are Sanyinjiao,Taixi,Taichong,Zhongji and Guilai.During the acunpunture,the acupoints of belly adopt daoqi method and other acupoints adopt uniform reinforcing-reducing method.And in follicular phase,ovulatory phase and luteal phase,the patients should receive warm acupuncture,electro-acupuncture and warm acupuncture respectively and for three times a week.In the menstrual phase,whether the patient should receive acupuncture or not is according to the menstrual blood volume.Both groups consider one month as a course of treatment.And after receiving three courses of treatment,we observe the relevant index of the following part: galactorrhea situation,menstruation,the level of prolactin,TCM clinical symptom and pregnancy condition.Results:(1)Comparing comprehensive curative effect of both groups: the post-treatment total effective rate of acupuncture group and contrast group are 94.1%and 84.8% respectively.The difference of both groups comprehensive curative effect(P>0.05)has no statistical significance.(2)The comparison of both groups TCM symptom score: ? interior group comparison: acupuncture group(P<0.05)difference has statistical significance;? contrast group(P<0.05)difference has statistical significance;the inter-group comparison difference of both groups TCM symptom score difference has statistical significance.(3)The comparison between both groups TCM symptom score curative effect:the total effective rate of post-treatment of acupuncture group and contrast group is97.1% and 75.8% respectively.The curative effect evaluation of both groups TCM symptom(P<0.05)has statistical significance.(4)The comparison between both groups prolactin value of post-treatment and three months after treatment:?The comparison difference between acupuncture group prolactin value of post-treatment,three months after treatment and pre-therapy(P<0.05)has statistical significance.? The comparison difference between contrast group prolactin value of post-treatment,three months after treatment and pre-therapy(P<0.05)has statistical significance.(5)The comparison between both groups prolactin bounce rates:?Three months after treatment,the prolactin value over normal level(prolactin value is over than637mIU/L)and the comparison difference between two groups has statistical significance.? Three months after treatment,the number in both groups whose prolactin value over normal level comparison: the bounce rates of acupuncture group and contrast group is 8.8% and 39.4% respectively,the comparison difference(P<0.01)has statistical significance.(6)the comparison of both groups pregnancy rate: during the treatment period,the pregnancy rate of acupuncture group and contrast group is 10% and 0%respectively.The pregnancy rate comparison(P>0.05)difference between both groups has no statistical significance.After three months of treatment,the pregnancy rate of both acupuncture group and contrast group is 50% and 9.1% respectively.The pregnancy rate comparison(P<0.05)difference between both groups has statistical significance.(7)The comparison of both groups adverse reaction difference(P<0.05)hasstatistical difference.(8)Safety observation: both groups have no severe reverse reaction or adverse event.No matter during pre-therapy or post-treatment the patients' blood,urine,stools,kidney and liver remains normal.However,some patients from contrast group still have some reverse actions in different level,such as nausea and vomiting,dizzy and headache,which may be related to the oral medicine bromocriptine.Conclusion: Comparing with the normal treatment,the treatment of liver and kidney with acupuncture therapeutics has better effect on reducing TCM symptom score,reducing reverse action after taking medicine,decreasing rebound phenomenon and increasing clinical pregnancy rate.As for reducing prolactin level,both groups curative effect remain just no difference.It shows that the treatment of liver and kidney with acupuncture therapeutics has better curative effect on female hyperprolactinemia,which deserve to be popularized in the realm of clinical.
