Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hyperprolactinemia Infertility (liver Stagnation And Kidney Deficiency) With Triple Therapy Of Medicine, Food And Acupuncture

Purpose : Observe the clinical efficacy of triple intervention of drug-eating needles in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia infertility(liver stagnation and kidney deficiency)to confirm that Chinese herbal decoction combined with auricular acupressure and diets is scientific and practical in the treatment of the disease,and there is no other adverse effect Side effects provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods : 60 patients were collected to meet the requirements.Randomized single-blind treatment group was divided into treatment group(30 cases).It was treated with Shugan Yishen Decoction,auricular acupoint pressing and medicated diet triple therapy.In the control group,30 cases were treated with oral bromocriptine.A menstrual cycle is a course of treatment.Before and after three cycles,all patient-related indicators such as TCM syndromes and menstrual scores were observed to understand the efficacy,serum PRL levels,uterine arterial blood flow parameters,BBT changes;follow-up after 3 months,statistics of pregnancy and Ovulation.Result: 1)The total effective rate after treatment was 93.3% for triple therapy and 86.7% for oral bromocriptine.The total effective rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05);2)The pregnancy rate was 56.7% in the treatment group.The ovulation rate was 80%.The pregnancy rate was 30%in the control group and the ovulation rate was 53.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The triple therapy of Chinese medicine can improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate compared with western medicine;TCM symptom after treatment,The menstrual symptoms and basal body temperature were improved before treatment,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),there was statistical difference between the groups,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);3)PRL comparison,treatment The serum PRL of the latter two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the degreeof decline was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).After reviewing PRL three months after discontinuation,some patients in both groups rebounded.Compared with TCM triple therapy,the long-term effect of reducing serum PRL was good,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4)Compared with uterine arterial blood flow parameters(PI),the parameters after treatment decreased(P<0.05).The blood flow parameters of the uterine arteries in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).Group can improve endometrial receptivity improve the pregnancy rate,the treatment group than the control group;this paper it is used triple therapy drug and food needle good clinical value in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia infertility kidney liver depression syndrome.Conclusion: The treatment group Shugan Yishen Decoction combined with auricular acupoint pressure and medicated diet triple therapy was superior to the control group in improving TCM syndromes,menstrual symptoms,basal body temperature,endometrial receptivity,and the treatment group was more effective in improving ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.The control group was good,the total effective rate and the effect of reducing PRL were comparable in the two groups,and the PRL was reviewed after 3 months of discontinuation.The PRL value in the control group rebounded more severely.And Chinese medicine triple therapy has high clinical value,is safe and effective,and has no side effects.
