Clinical Study On Treatment Of Early Renal Damage Of Hy Pertension With Sang Qi Shou Wu Ointment

Objective: Observation of effect of Sangqi Shouwu Ointment on TCM syndrome,blood pressure,microalbuminuria and urinary ?2-microglobulin in patients with early renal injury in primary hypertension,to verify clinical efficacy and safety of the damage,and provide the clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of early renal damage in primary hypertension.Methods: Choose 72 cases of modern medicine in the diagnosis of early renal damage in hypertension [1],and TCM syndrome in line with Yunnan Province,the old Chinese medicine professor Lu jialong,who is professor of the use of Sangqi Shouwu Ointment.Divide them into treatment group and Control group according to the random,double-blind principle.Two groups were given conventional antihypertensive therapy(basic treatment and Western medicine treatment)to keep blood pressure steady.On this basis,the treatment group received Sangqi Shouwu Ointment(three times a day,each time a pack,half an hour after each meal,add 100 ml warm water and stir to drink),while the control group received Sangqi Shouwu Simulated Ointment.Both groups are intervened 28 days.the course of treatment are 28 days.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,blood pressure,urinary microalbumin(m Alb),?2-microglobulin(?2-MG),safety observation index(Blood routine index,Urine routine index,ALT,AST,ALP,Cr,BUN)were observed.Results: There were no significant differences in sex,age,duration of disease,total symptomscore,individual symptom score,blood pressure,urinary microalbumin and ?2-microglobulin in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The total comprehensive effective rate of the treatment group was 97.15%,which was superior to that of 61.11% in the control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the total score of the symptoms in the treatment group has significant difference(P<0.01),the total score of the symptoms in the control group has statistical difference(P<0.05),there were statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The patients in the treatment group after treatment,dizziness,headache,nocturia,backache,knee,tinnitus,palpitation,dry mouth,mouth pain,insomnia,constipation symptoms compared with before treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.01),shortness of breath,anorexia symptoms have statistical difference(P<0.05);control group,vertigo,headache,symptoms of anorexia treatment before,there was significant difference(P<0.01),backache,palpitation,dry mouth,pain symptoms have statistical difference(P<0.05);the two groups after treatment of individual scores were compared between groups,nocturia,headache,backache,soft knee,anorexia,insomnia,constipation symptoms have significant statistical difference(P<0.01),pain symptoms there is statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure(P>0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the urinary microalbumin,?2-microglobulin compared with before treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.01);the control group after treatment of urinary albumin compared with before treatment,no statistical difference(P>0.05);the two groups after treatment of urinary microalbumin were compared between groups had significant statistical difference(P<0.01).The two groups after treatment of ?2-microglobulin had statistical differences(P<0.05).After treatment,blood routine,urine routine,liver function(ALT,AST,ALP),renal function(Cr,BUN)and other indicators compared with before treatment,no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Sangqi Shouwu Ointment on the basis of Western medicine control of blood pressuretreatment,not only can improve the clinical symptoms of early hypertensive renal damage,improve the effect of hypertension on the related indexes of urinary microalbumin,?2-microglobulin and early renal damage is obvious.This study is of great significance to the inheritance and development of the old Chinese medicine academic theory and experience,and provides the clinical basis for further research and development of hospital preparations.
