Clinical Observation Of Qin Zhi Qing Pancreas Decoction In Treating Chronic Pancreatitis With Spleen And Stomach Damp-heat Syndrome

Objectives:This study focused on the clinical efficacy of Qinzhiqing pancreas prescription,which is designed by Professor Xie Jingri,on chronic pancreatitis(damp heat in the spleen and the stomach type),and provided objective basis for clinical applications.Methods:Forty patients with chronic pancreatitis(damp heat in the spleen and the stomach type)were selected,all of which were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,respectively from January 2016 to January 2017.They were treated with Qinzhiqing pancreas prescription,provided by Chinese medicine herbal herbs drug administration of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine.The medicine were served orally with 150 ml of hot water,2 bags a day,30 minutes after dinner,and took 4 weeks for a course of treatment the clinical efficacy,CT changes and symptom score were observed before and after treatment.And statistical analysis was performed on these records.Results:The traditional chinese medicine syndrome of curative effec rate was 89.5%in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis using Qinzhiqing pancreas prescription.The credits of traditional chinese medicine syndrome before and after treatment were 8.03 + 1.79,3.16 + 1.59,respectively.By statistical analysis,Z?-5.297,P<0.01 showed that the result has statistical differences.The integration are statistically different before and after treatment,of the primary symptoms(bulging belly,loss of appetite,thirsty but relactent to drink,sticky stool,red tongue,yellow greasy tongue coating)and the secondary symptoms.The effective rate of CT after treatment was 81.5%.there were significant differences in CT imaging before and after treatment.Conclusions:1.Qinzhiqing pancreas prescription can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of chronic pancreatitis(damp heat in the spleen and the stomach type).2.Qinzhiqing pancreas prescription can improve the CT images of chronic pancreatitis(damp heat in the spleen and the stomach type).
