Clinical Observation Of Modified Lizhong Fuyuan Prescription In The Treatment Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Of Spleen And Stomach Damp-heat Type

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Modified Lizhong Fuyuan Prescription in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach damp-heat type,and to provide the theoretical support for further clinical improvement and promotion of this diagnosis and treatment method.Methods: 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups by randomized controlled study.The treatment group was treated with Modified Lizhong Fuyuan Prescription,while the control group was treated with folic acid tablets.24 weeks was a course of treatment.The clinical symptoms,gastroscopic mucosal manifestations and pathological changes of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and evaluated.Results:(1)Equilibrium test between groups of general data: There was no significant difference in gender,course of disease and TCM syndromes before treatment between the two groups except age,indicating that the general data between two groups was comparable.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving abdominal distension,poor appetite,fecal stickiness and difficult urination(P < 0.05);The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving abdominal distension,poor appetite,diarrhea and difficult urination(P < 0.05);In terms of pathological efficacy,the total pathological scores of the small curvature of antrum,antrum and body of stomach in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the total pathological scores of the large curvature of antrum and body of stomach between the two groups(P< 0.05).The score of small curvature and gastric horn of antrum,atrophy of gastric antrum in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups of big curvature of antrum,big curvature of body of stomach and small curvature of body of stomach(P < 0.05).Conclusions: Lizhong Fuyuan Formula has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis of damp-heat type of spleen and stomach.It is superior to folic acid group in improving TCM syndromes and reducing the total score of TCM syndromes,especially in improving abdominal distention,poor appetite,fecal stickiness and difficult urination.Pathological effect,the treatment group gastric antrum small curve side,gastric angle,gastric body small curve side is better than the control group;among the atrophic effect,the treatment group gastric antrum small curve side,gastric angle atrophy is better than the control group.
