Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Middle Aged Gastrointestinal Dysfunction With Modified Yang Yangwei Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Sheng yang yi wei Decoction on gastrointestinal dysfunction in middle-aged and old people.Methods:57 patients with gastrointestinal disorders collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into middle-aged group and elderly group according to their age.Among them,40-59 years old were in middle age group,27 cases were male 17 cases,female 10 cases,an average of 47 ± 6.5 years old;60-75 years old for the elderly group,a total of 30 cases,18 males and 12 females,an average of 66 ± 8.7 years old.The two groups of patients were treated with Sheng yang yi wei Decoction,the shortest course of treatment was 2 weeks,the longest was 6 weeks.After the end of treatment,to observe the clinical efficacy of patients before and after treatment,and in accordance with the integral table to calculate the symptom score and quality of life score,with statistics Software for comparative analysis.Results:1.Total effective rate of TCM syndrome:The total effective rate was 92.6%in the middle-aged group and 90.0%in the elderly group.There was no significant difference in the total efficiency between the two groups(p>0.05).2.Score of TCM symptom:There w differences between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).There was statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05).3.According to living quality,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).There was statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Sheng yang yi wei Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of middle-aged and elderly patients with gastrointestinal disorders.2.Sheng yang yi wei Decoction can improve the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly patients with gastrointestinal disorders.
