Objective: By means of collecting the radiography results of patients with electrocardiogram indicated LBBB without clear the block causes, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, hyperuricemia, smoking history and other case data,to analyze related risk factors of LBBB patients with coronary artery disease, and the relationship between coronary artery lesions and related risk factors. Then,to explain which patients with LBBB need further examination of coronary angiogram. Methods: This research implemented retrospective statistics on patients hospitalized in Cardiology Department of our hospital during January 2014—December 2016;patients in groups accorded with change of LBBB electrocardiographic examination while without clear etiology of LBBB;meanwhile, patients with acute myocardial infarction were excluded, coronary arteriography results and medical history were gathered for relevant examination.36 patients emerged severe coronary artery lesions(at least 1 coronary vessel stenosis degree was greater than50%)were divided into positive group,101 cases without obvious change in coronary artery(each oronary vessel stenosis degree was smaller than 50%)were selected as control group;besides, based on coronary artery lesion degree, the positive group was divided into 1 lesion group,2 lesions group and 3 lesions group for comparison.Age,hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, smoking history were recorded. The relative risk analysis of various factors of subjects concluded correlation factors;then multiple-element correlation analysis was conducted to analyze the possible risk factors of coronary artery lesions in LBBB patients.Result: 1.The single factor analysis concluded that, age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and hyperuricemia were not statistically significant,p value>0.05;age,dyslipidemia and smoking history were statistically significant,p value<0.05,which indicated that, these three were related factors of LBBB combined coronary artery lesions;2.The multi-factor analysis concluded that, dyslipidemia was not statistically significant,p value>0.05;age and smoking history were statistically significant,p value<0.05,which indicated that, these two were the independent risk factors influencing LBBB combined coronary artery lesions;besides, the risk increased by 33.7% in every one year increase of age;the risk of falling in ill among people with smokinghistory was about 343.9% higher than that of people without smoking history.3.The calculation concluded the preliminary prediction formula of disease: ;meanwhile,it obtained the optimal cutoff value was 0.595,whose sensitivity and specificity at this moment separately were 0.806 and 0.99.Conclusions: 1.Age,dyslipidemia and smoking history are the related factors of LBBB combined coronary artery lesions;Age and smoking history are the independent risk factors influencing disease;2.The preliminary prediction formula of disease is...
