Construction Of Key Competences Evaluation Index System For Blood Purification Nursing Specialists

ObjectiveThis evaluation index system of the key competences of the Blood Purification Nursing Specialists nurses was constructed in accordance with Chinese nursing practice.Methods1.Through literature review and qualitative research,the paper builds a draft evaluation index system for the Key Competences of Blood Purification Nursing Specialists,including three levels of evaluation index.2.Through the Delphi method to determine the dimensions of the evaluation index system of Blood Purification Nursing Specialists.It also examines the representativeness and credibility.3.To establish weight coefficient of the level-1 and level-2 dimension by analytic hierarchy process.4.By investigating the Key Competences of 117 Blood Purification Nursing Specialists in accordance with the criteria,to analyze the internal quality of the inspection index system.Results1.The qualitative study of five themes,blood purification specialist nurses including Key Competences,knowledge Competences,key ability Competences,ideal faith Competences,professional basic sense Competences,personality Competences.2.The Delphi method builds the Key Competences evaluation index system of Blood Purification Nursing Specialists.Blood Purification Nursing Specialists should possess the Key Competences by knowledge Competences,key ability Competences,ideal faith Competences,professional basic sense Competences,professional personality Competences.The index system consists of 5 level-1 dimensions,19level-2 dimensions and 61 level-3 dimensions.The positive coefficients of the two Delphi methods were 1.0,1.0;The authority coefficient is 0.8667,and the coordination coefficient is good.3.The weight assignment of 5 level-1 dimensions were of 0.3279,0.3582,0.1144,0.1048,0.0947.4.The evaluation index system has better internal consistency reliability,content validity and structural validity.The Cronbach ? coefficient is 0.946;The content validity was 0.873;The correlation coefficient are ranged from 0.756 to 0.964,P<0.05 for all.ConclusionThis research established including 5 level-1 dimensions,19 level-2 dimensions and 61 level-3 dimensions of Key Competences evaluation index system of Blood Purification Nursing Specialists.And give the weight assignment of level-1 and level-2,and has better internal quality.Through the exploration in zhengzhou,it provides some reference for the appointment,cultivation and evaluation of Blood Purification Nursing Specialists.
