| Objective:To preliminary discussion or wrong tooth deformity in adults psychological condition,the influence of provide a basis for clinical reasonable treatment.Methods:To select the first affiliated hospital of zhengzhou university dental hospital between January 2016 and January 2016 of 95 patients with wrong tooth in orthodontic treatment.All 95 patients with wrong tooth in orthodontic treatment in line with the wrong tooth deformity diagnostic criteria,select normal tooth or other volunteers,55,a total of 150 as the research object.The male 66,female 84,age 25 to 50 years old,average age 37.15 ±7.25;Have wrong tooth deformity as a team,have no wrong tooth deformity as control group,using the method of questionnaire to survey research object analysis,survey questionnaire is divided into three kinds,respectively is a personal assessment questionnaire,defect scale and social avoidance and distress scale,using the three scale to research object analysis of the psychological situation of the investigation.Results:There was no difference in the effect of gender on Adult Psychology(P>0.05).The male group,the study group,the sense of scale(FIS)score was higher than the control group,p=0.005<0.05,with statistical differences,male study group was higher than that of the control group.Age has influence on adult mental defects,including middle-aged patients scale(FIS)score was significantly lower than that of the young patients,the study group FIS score higher than the control group,p=0.004<0.05,there were significant differences;residence and education level have psychological effects on adults,FIS scores of study group living in City is higher than the normal group,p=0.014<0.05,there is significant difference between the groups of primary school;personal evaluation Inventory(PEI)affect the score,score in study group than in control group.P=0,006<0.05,there were statistical differences,and the social avoidance and distress scale(SAD)score,the study group was higher than the control group.P=0.000<0.05,the secondary school group had an impact on the FIS:the study group scored in the control group.T=2.456,p=0.016<0.05,and malocclusion classification had no significant difference in adult psychological effects,but no effect on PEI and SAD.Impact on FIS:the study group scored higher than the control group.T=2.784,p=0.006<0.05,with statistical difference.Conclusion:1.Malocclusion affects the adult's psychology universally.It will make people's psychology produce negative negative emotion,which is worthy of clinician's attention.2.There is no obvious difference between the sexes on the adult's psychological influence.3.Age,place of residence and educational level have influence on adult psychology.4.There was no significant difference in the psychological influence of malocclusion between adults and adults,and there was no influence on PEI and SAD.5.Orthodontic workers should strengthen psychological nursing intervention in orthodontic treatment,and adopt scientific intervention methods to solve their mental health problems.6.Personal evaluation Inventory(PEI),defect scale(FIS),social avoidance and distress scale(SAD)can be used as a new tool for use in the expansion of Orthodontics,to assess malocclusion in patients with psychological impact. |
