Clinicalobservation On The Treatment Of Bening Simple Thyroid Nodules With Chai Xiamulitang

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Chai Xiamulitang in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules in patients with benign thyroid nodules,and to provide objective and scientific clinical basis for clinical use.Methods:According to the random number table method,68 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,Chai Xiamulitang group and Xia Kucaokeli group,each group of 34 cases.Chai Xiamulitang group given Chai Xiamulitang,1 dose/day,oral;Xia Kucaokeli group given Xia Kucaokeli,1 bag/time,2 times/day,oral.At the same time with the basic treatment,a total of 3 months of treatment.After treatment,the maximal nodular size(diameter),number and quantification table of TCM syndromes were observed in both groups.SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to process and analyze the data.Results:1.The largest nodular size of the thyroid(diameter):Chai Xiamulitang group before and after treatment,there was a significant difference(p<0.01).Xia Kucaokeli group after treatment compared with before treatment,there was significant difference(p<0.05).After treatment,Chai Xia oyster decoction group compared with proboka granule group,there was a significant difference(p<0.01).2.The number of thyroid nodules:Chai Xiamulitang group before and after treatment,there was no significant difference(p>0.05).Xia Kucaokeli group after treatment compared with before treatment,there was no significant difference(p>0.05).After treatment,Chai Xia oyster decoction group compared with proboka granule group,there was no significant difference(p>0.05).3.In the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points:Chai Xiamulitang group before and after treatment,there was a significant difference(p<0.01).Xia Kucaokeli group after treatment compared with before treatment,there was a significant difference(p<0.01).Xia Kucaokeli group after treatment compared with before treatment,there was a significant difference(p<0.01).4.Before and after treatment of three groups of thyroid function tests,there was no significant difference(p>0.05).Patients without medication after nausea and vomiting,diarrhea,skin itching and other adverse effects.Conclusion:1.Chai Xiamulitang traditional Chinese medicine can reduce oral benign simple thyroid nodules in patients with nodular size.2.Chai Xiamulitang Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome can significantly improve benign simple thyroid nodules in patients with TCM syndrome.3.Chai Xiamulitang Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome does not cause the patient's thyroid function changes,and good security.
