The Clinical Effective Observation Of Sjogren Syndrome On Yang Deficiency Type By Acupuncture Combined With The Wenrunfuge Decoction

Objiect:Yang deficiency type for observation of acupuncture combined with the Wenrunfuge decoction treatment of sjogren's syndrome clinical efficacy,to explore the therapy for the treatment of sjogren's syndrome is more effective.Methods:1.Study subjects:all patients who came to the clinic from March 2016 to March 2017.2.Group:90 patients with sjogren's syndrome that met the criteria were randomly assigned to the acupuncture medicine group,the acupuncture group,and western medicine groups,30 cases in each group.3.Treatment methods:acupuncture medicine group with acupuncture and the Wenrunfuge decoction combination therapy,acupuncture Jingming,Jinjing,Yuye,Qianzheng,Shenshu,Pishu,Mingmen and Sanyinjiao,and coupled with oral Wenrunfuge decoction attached;The acupuncture group was treated with pure acupuncture;The western medicine group gave an oral sulfuric acid hydroxychloroquine for 0.2 g per day,2 times a day.All three,treatments were treated for eight weeks.4.Observe the indicators:observation of three groups of patients with clinical symptoms before and after therapy,TCM syndrome score,exocrine gland inspection(Schirmer test and saliva flow rate test),ESR,IgG,anti SSA and anti SSB laboratory indexes.5.Statistical methods:using SPSS 17.0 software,statistical analysis of three sets of treatment before and after treatment were analyzed and compared with clinical efficacy.Results:Clinical efficacy comparison:Three cases of acupuncture medicine group were cured,12 cases were developed,13 were effective,2 were invalid,and total efficiency was 93.3 percent.The acupuncture group recovered 0 cases,3 cases were developed,17 were effective,10 were invalid,and the total efficiency was 66.7%.the western medicine group recovered 0 cases,5 cases in effect,16 cases in effect,9 cases in effect,and total efficiency 70.0%.Statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM):The acupuncture medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05)with the western medicine group and the acupuncture group.3.The amount of gland secretion:the amount of gland secretion increased after three groups of treatment;the acupuncture medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05)with the western medicine group and the acupuncture group.4.ESR?IgG comparison:ESR and IgG were lower in three groups.acupuncture medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05)with the western medicine group and the acupuncture group.Anti-SSA and Anti-SSB comparison:three groups of Anti-SSA and Anti-SSB comparison P>0.05,no statistical significance;However,the positive rate of the antibody was decreased,and the positive rate of the acupuncture medicine group was lower than that of the western medicine group and the acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.The combination of acupuncture and the Wenrunfuge decoction is effective in treating Yang deficiency type of sjogren's syndrome?2.The combination of acupuncture and the Wenrunfuge decoction reduce the rate of the disease,increase the amount of gland secretion,and reduce the level of ESR and IgG,which is better than the western medicine group and the acupuncture group.
