| Purpose:To observe the effect of TGP combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate of clinical efficacy on the treatment of Sjogren syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin in 60 patients.Material and method: 60 patients with SS diagnostic standard with Qi-Yin deficiency, were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. Treatment group was treated by TGP combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate. The control group only for hydroxychloroquine sulfate treatment. Experimental was designed with 30 days for a period of treatment. after six courses observations, the clinical efficiency: relieve dry mouth, dry eye symptoms integral, water quantity and the change of ESR as evaluation criteria, the clinical data of the two groups were statistically analyzed. The advantage of TGP combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate of Sjogren’s syndrome was discussed.Results:1.After six courses of treatment, the treatment group, total effective rate was 93.3%; The control group, total effective rate was 86.7%, the efficacy of treatment group is better than the control group. 2.The treatment group and control group after two courses of treatment, by comparing various indicators, had significant difference(P < 0.01), indicating the overall efficacy of treatment group is better than the control group. Otherwise, the two group are both effective in easing the indicators(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1. The curative effect of TGP combined with hydroxychloroquine sulfate treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome with Qi-Yin deficiency is better than the single application of hydroxychloroquine. 2. TGP of immune regulation drugs can relieve the patient’s symptoms and signs, such as dry mouth, dry eyes, water quantity, eye filter paper test, ESR, the recuperation of Zang-fu, enhance human immunity, cooperate with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment can improve the curative effect of the formulas.
