Characteristics Of Glucose And Lipid Metabolism In Patients With Phlegm Dampness Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With Or Without Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Objective:To compare the metabolism of glucose and lipid metabolism by phlegm polycystic ovary syndrome associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and the phlegm damp type polycystic ovary syndrome,explore the main features of phlegm damp type polycystic ovary syndrome with or without glucose and lipid metabolism level in nonalcoholic fatty liver,provide the basis for the prevention of long-term complications and clinical medication,so as to improve the long-term quality of life in patients with PCOS.Methods:From September 2015 to December 2016 months of treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine gynecological clinic and were first diagnosed phlegm type in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in 134 cases,according to the all alcoholic fatty liver patients were divided into two groups.The statistics of the two groups of age,height,weight,body mass index,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist hip ratio,hirsutism,acne,skin,fat overflow and other clinical indicators and OGTT,insulin release test,blood lipids and other laboratory indexes were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software package.Results:(1)Compared with the simple phlegm type PCOS group,the BMI,WHR and hirsutism of phlegm type PCOS with NAFLD group phlegm type is higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared with phlegm dampness type PCOS,phlegm damp type PCOS with NAFLD in patients with,acanthosis,excess fat,acne occurrence rate is higher,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)In addition to 180min glucose,fasting blood glucose,30min,60 min,120 min and blood glucose GAUC of phlegm type PCOS with group NAFLD,was higher than that of pure phlegm wet type PCOS,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)FIN,60min,120min,180min and insulin levels IAUB,HOMA-IR of Phlegmy wet type PCOS with NAFLD group was higher than that of pure phlegm type PCOS group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the simple phlegm type PCOS group,phlegm type PCOS with NAFLD group shows high levels of triglycerides,cholesterol,APOA,APOB level and high level of LDL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Phlegm type PCOS with NAFLD group Apolipoprotein B/A is higher than phlegm type PCOS group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)Risk factors in patients with phlegm type PCOS with NAFLD is BMI,TG and HOMA-IR,which may be independent risk factor in patients with phlegm type PCOS with NAFLD.Conclusion:(1)Patients with phlegm dampness type PCOS with NAFLD aggravate the abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with PCOS.(2)The incidence of NAFLD in patients with phlegm dampness type PCOS was mainly due to abnormal metabolism of blood lipids,BMI,TG and HOMA-IR were risk factor for the occurrence of PCOS with NAFLD.
