[Background and Objective]With the increase of social pressure and the aggravating trend of aging population, the incidence of coronary heart disease increases continuously. It brings the family and society with more and more serious burden in the physical, mental and economic aspects.Modern medical treatment not only focuses on the improvement of symptoms and signs, mortality reduction and extended life expectancy, but also the improvement of quality of life in the physical, psychological, emotional and social function aspects. The latter is considered one of the end-point indicators of medical technology and disease control by more clinicians, patients and society.Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)is the milepost in the treatment field of coronary heart disease, which has become more and more popular because of its high repeatability, reliable efficacy and quick recovery. In this study we made use of health survey form(SF-36)to evaluate preoperative and postoperative one year quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease who underwent the first successful PCI,compared their living quality changes before and after PCI and analyze the influencing factors of changes in quality of life after PCI,such as gender, age, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, the number of vascular lesion, the number of untreated vascular lesion, the number of stent implantation, the type of coronary heart disease,BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),whether there is ventricle segmental motion abnormality or not,the control situation of postoperative blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid, postoperative smoking status. So we can provide theoretical foundation for the diagnosis and treatments of doctors and self-health management of patients.[Methods]152 patients were admitted to the research who received the first coronary angiography and implementation of coronary drug-eluting stent successfully in The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from Feb.2015 to Feb.2016 after obtaining informed consent, patients filled in generic SF-36 scale in preoperative(due to illiteracy or poor eyesight, patients had to complete the questionnaire which was read by researchers),the related data were collected from telephone follow-up or outpatient review in one year after PCI.The preoperative and postoperative one year quality of life is compared with t-test.The influencing factors of living quality changes in one year after PCI were statistically analyzed with univariate analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression.[Results]1.Analysis of life quality score in each dimension of SF-36 scale:quality of life in one year after PCI is higher than that before operation, the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05);2.Univariate analysis of influencing factors:gender, age, the type of coronary heart disease and postoperative smoking status have relationship with living quality changes in one year after PCI,hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, the number of vascular lesion, the number of untreated vascular lesion, the number of stent implantation,BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),whether there is ventricle segmiental motion abnormality or not,the control situation of postoperative blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid have no influence on changes quality of life in one year after PCI.3.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis of influencing factors:gender, age, the type of coronary heart disease and postoperative smoking status have complex correlation with changes quality of life in one year after PCI,complex correlation coefficient:0.365.The improved SF-36 score of men was higher than that of women;the improved SF-36 score of non-smoking patients was higher that of smoking patients, the improved SF-36 score of postoperative smoking cessation patients was higher that of postoperative smoking patients;the improved SF-36 score of patients with unstable angina was higher than that of patients with acute myocardial infarction.[Conclusions]1.The SF-36 score of quality of life in one year after PCI is significantly higher than that before operation.Percutaneous coronary intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.2.Gender,the type of coronary heart disease and postoperative smoking status are the influencing factors of living quality changes in one year after PCI for patients with coronary heart disease.
