? Background and Objective ? Percutaneous coronary artery interventional therapy(PCI)provides a more rapid and effective treatment for patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAD).The quality of life and its influencing factors after PCI in patients with coronary heart disease has gradually become hot in clinical research. However, the quality of life after PCI in patients differ widely,as is summarized that the influencing factors of quality of life include gender, age, hypertension, diabetes, the number of vascular lesion, the number of untreated lesion, whether smoking cessation, whether returning to work etc.In order to provide a better basis for PCI in patients with coronary heart disease after treatment and rehabilitation, this paper use a prospective and self-control research to explore the quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.?Methods?A consecutive series of eligible patients was recruited from Dalian Medical University Affiliated Hospital after their first percutaneous coronary intervention between February and September,2015,total were 155 cases. After obtaining informed consent, patients were required to complete a questionnaire survey by SF-36.The forms were filled before PCI and 3 months after PCI(for the patients who is unable to complete, researcher read and patient filled in).According to quality of life score(the score is higher means quality of life is higher),compare the preoperative and postoperative quality of 3 months life and analyze factors that affect recent quality of life for in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.?Results?1.The SF-36 quality of life score in 3 months after PCI is significantly higher than that before operation, preoperative PCS(51.99 ± 12.26)P<0.001,postoperative PCS(70.89 ± 10.64),P<0.001,the difference has statistical significance;preoperative MCS(62.94 ± 9.45),postoperative MCS(70.37 ± 8.97),P<0.001,the difference hasstatistical significance;preoperative score(54.76±10.27),postoperative score(7.063 ±9.28),P<0.001,the difference has statistical significance.2.The single factor analysis showed that gender, age, with hypertension, diabetes, the number of lesion vessels, the number of lesions, postoperative blood glucose, whether smoking cessation after PCI,whether returning to work after PCI had relationship with the SF-36 score of life quality in 3 months after PCI.3.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that gender, age, diabetes, the number of untreated lesion vessels had multiple correlation with the SF-36 score of life quality in 3 months after PCI,the multiple correlation coefficient is 0.756.4.The total quality of life of female patients was lower than male, the improvement of social function, mental health,MCS and total improvement were lower than male, but female patients was higher than male on physical function, the differences have statistical significance.5.The total quality of life of young and middle-aged patients was higher than the older patients, but on the improvement of quality of life, older patients was higher than young and middle-aged patients, the differences have statistical significance.6.The total quality of life of patients without diabetes was higher than that in diabetic patients, but the improvement of quality of life didn't have difference.7.The total quality of life of fewer untreated lesion vessels was higher, the improvement of quality of life was higher, the differences have statistical significance.?Conclusions?1.The SF-36 quality of life score in 3 months after PCI is significantly higher than that before operation,PCI can improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.2.influencing factors of short-term quality of life in Patients with coronary heart disease after PCI:gender, age, diabetes, the number of untreated lesion vessels.3.In the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,we should pay more attention to mental health of women.4.Unchoking lesion vessels actively after evaluated the state of illness reasonably could improve the quality of life better to multivessel lesion patients with coronary heart disease.
