The Clinical Study On The Bushen Huoxue Ointment Treating Bronchial Asthma In Clinical Remission Stage And Intervention Effect On FeNO

Objective The impression of the Bushen Huoxue Ointmenttreating bronchial asthma in clinical remission stage is the purpose of this dissertation,by means of testing the ACT score,the serum IgE,the pulmonary functions(FEV1%and PEF%)and FeNO,which is aim to discuss the effect of Bushen Huoxue Ointment on FeNO.Methods 1.60 cases were chosen in this experiment,which were all diagnosed bronchial asthma in clinical remission stage.They were divided equally into experimental group and control group.Each group including 30 cases,which should be measured the level of FeNO,the ACT score,the serum IgE,the pulmonary functions(FEV1%and PEF%).2.The group of experimental patients were taken medicine with the Bushen Huoxue Ointment as well as Symbicort(twice a day/once a whiff)for 45 days,after that should continue take Symbicort,the total time lasting 6 month.The patients of control group only dosed Symbicort at the same time.After 6 month,measures should be tested and compared again.Results 1.After treatment,the levels of FeNO in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the scores of ACT,serum IgE and pulmonary function(PEF%)were significantly improved(P<0.01).However,pulmonary function(FEV1%)was not significantly improved after treatment.2.Between the two groups,the level of FeNO,pulmonary function(PEF%),serum IgE of the experimental group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionBushen Huoxue Ointment treating bronchial asthma in clinical remission patients can reduce FeNO and improve the clinical symptoms,pulmonary function(PEF%),serum IgE,which is better than treating pure Symbicort.To some extent,it reflects the advantages of TCM treatment of asthma and its internal scientific basis.
