Clinical Research Nuangong Wenjing Decoction For Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea

Purpose: To study the effect of "Wen Jing Nuan Gong Tang" treatment and provide scientific basis on Primary Dvsmenorrhea of the type of Congealing Cold Blood Stasis of Singapore females.Method: 25 cases of Singapore females suffering from Primary Dysmenorrhea of the type of Congealing Cold Blood Stasis were given the treatment of "Wen Jing Nuan Gong Tang". The before and after effects, duration of abdominal pain and t Primary Dysmenorrhea disease Primary Dysmenorrhea disease he appearance of other symptoms and signs were recorded, after 3 menstrual cycles after the treatment.Result: After 3 periods of treatment, the results are as shown: 7 are fully recovered. 14 show good improvements. 2 show signs of improvement. 2 shows no signs of improvement. From tests of t, the symptoms shown before and after the treatment have obvious differences with the estimated symptoms (P＜0.01). The total effective rate of Primary Dysmenorrhea disease in treatment is 92%. This shows that the effect of "Wen Jing Nuan Gong Tang" are relatively good.Conclusion: .It is quite evident that "Wen Jing Nuan Gong Tang" can cure the Primary Dysmenorrhea disease, have little side effects and small chances of having a relapse. It has been proven that "Wen Jing Nuan Gong Tang" is one of the effective treatment for Primary Dysmenorrhea disease.
