Study On TCM Syndromes Of Osteoporosis By Delphi Method And Consensus Conference Method

Objective:The Delphi method and consensus conference method are used to study the TCM syndrome of osteoporosis,furthermore,to develop a broad consensus of TCM syndrome types of osteoporosis and the key points of syndrome differentiation,finally,to provide a positive reference and guidance for osteoporosis.Method:This subject is a branch of osteoporosis TCM practice guidelines which belongs to the state Administration of traditional Chinese medicine standardization project.On the basis of the literature research,the first round of expert questionnaire is designed to carry out a questionnaire survey to the experts who have some research on the disease.After the first round of questionnaire recovery,the second round of expert consultation questionnaire is manufactured through the observation of the centralized degree and the coordinated degree of experts,and then to the experts for the second round of consultation.After a statistical analysis of the second round of expert questionnaires,the first draft of the standardization of TCM syndrome of osteoporosis is formed and then through the evaluation of 10 authoritative experts,finally form a high degree of consensus of TCM syndrome differentiation standards.Results:From the questionnaire recovery situation,the positive coefficients of the first round of questionnaires is 77.5%,the second round is 100%,indicating that the enthusiasm of the experts in this study is high.According to experts distribution,the experts are from 12 different city,which engaged in the rheumatism is 89.1%,the other(Department of Endocrinology,Department of geriatrics)account for 12.9%,Professor account for 22.6%,associate professor account for 19.4%,the chief physician account for 51.6%,deputy director account for 32.3%,the other is 6.5%,indicating discipline representation and academic authority.two rounds of questionnaires delete lowly important and poor coordination degree of expert opinion,finally form a high degree of consensus on osteoporosis TCM standards.Conclusions:Delphi method and consensus conference method are important in the research of TCM syndrome standardization,which are proved practical and operable.By the methods,TCM syndrome Differentiation standards of osteoporosis can be established,furthermore to lay the foundation for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
