The Research Of Clinical Guidelines Of Pediatrics Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Immune Thrombocytopenia In Children

Objective:1.Use the Delphi method to develop the Traditional Chinese Medecine clinical guidelines of immune thrombocytopenia in children;2.To explore the value of the combination of literature research,expert questionnaire survey and expert demonstration of the three methods in the process of clinical guidelines of Chinese medicine.Method:On the basis of literature research,the expert questionnaire survey of the first round of immune thrombocytopenia in children was designed from the aspects of diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment,prevention and nursing,and sent to the survey experts by mail.And we need to count the returned questionnaires.Combined with the expert group recommendations,we will design the second round of the questionnaire,repeat the above method to design the third round of the questionnaire.Comprehensive three rounds of expert advice and recommendations,we initially formed the Chinese medicine clinical guidelines for the first draft of immune thrombocytopenia in children.After the end of the three rounds of the questionnaire,we will convene an expert demonstration,and will discuss the issue which failed to reach a consensus in the draft,then the draft for comments on the immune thrombocytopenia in children was formed.And then by the national industry experts to seek advice,expert guidance group audit,carry out clinical evaluation,open online for consultation,then we will form a manuscript of the clinical guidelines sent to review.Result:Through the literature research,expert questionnaire survey,expert demonstration and other links,we select the project with higher scores,high degree of coordination of the expert and reached an expert consensus in the terminology and definition,diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,treatment,prevention and care and other aspects.Finally,we formed the TCM clinical treatment guidelines for the draft of immune thrombocytopenia in children.Conclusion:Through the use of Delphi method,we have basically developed for the 18-year-old crowd below the immune thrombocytopenia of Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical treatment guidelines.Through the statistical analysis,the literature research,expert questionnaire survey,expert demonstration of the combination of the three methods in the development of clinical guidelines of TCM has played an important role in the process,which is worthy of application in the relevant research promotion.
