Studies have shown that IL-6 and IL-10 play a positive regulatory role in the AR reaction, secretion is extremely strong. This shows the way to our experiment,our AR animal model will study the two cytokines of IL-6 and IL-10.Objective: The establishment of AR model in guinea pig and the detection of IL-6 and IL-10 cytokines, and observe the clinic on the examination method for the diagnosis of AR and treated with mometasone furoate and montelukast tablets in the treatment of the clinical efficacy of Turner.Methods: AR control group of 48 cases, mometasone furoate the nostrils of each spray, spray once daily in the morning, a total of 2 injection, 2 weeks of continuous use;Loratadine Tablets 10mg orally once every night. 46 cases of patients in the experimental group, the application of mometasone furoate and Loratadine Tablets treatment method with the control group, treated with montelukast tablets daily before bedtime a lOmg. Clinical AR patients in the control group were treated with mometasone furoate, the nostrils spray, spray once daily in the morning, a total of 2 injection, 2 weeks of continuous use,the experimental group of mometasone furoate treatment with the control group,treated with montelukast tablets orally at bedtime, daily one, a total of 2 weeks.Results: AR patients in the control group of 48 people, age 37.60 + 12.94 years old, experimental group 46 people, age 38.04 + 15.27 years old, P=0.134, two groups of age difference is not statistically significant. The results of EOS in the control group were (0.07 + 0.05); the results of EOS in the experimental group were (0.05 + 0.02),P=0.002. After treatment the experimental group of patients with AR symptoms score results for (83.48 + 11.05)%, the control group improved symptoms score was (51.25 +21.08)%, improvement of symptoms were two groups after treatment, and the experimental group after the treatment of symptoms than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P=0.000).The experimental groups of guinea pigs were sensitized and challenged after frequent nasal itching (the nose), sneezing,t-ching behavior, experimental group's success rate is 60%, The experimental group than control group in the nasal mucosa eosinophil infiltration increased significantly (P< 0.05). The IL-6 level of experimental group nasal mucosa was (185.41 + 9.57) ng/L,IL-10 level (99.97 + 12.71) ng/L, compared with the control group, IL-6 level (4.35 +0.30) ng/L, IL-10 (4.45 + 0.31) ng/L increased significantly (P < 0.05).Conclusions: Momison, Loratadine Tablets and the effect of furoic acid treatment of AR better than Montelukast Sodium Tablets and Loratadine Tablets for Momison furoic acid. The AR guinea pig model was successful. Th2 cytokines, IL-6 and IL-10 in AR guinea pigs were higher.
