The Relationship Between Serum Ferritin,Plasma Adiponectin And Surgical Outcomes For Patients With Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Correlation Studies

Objective:To explore the surgical intervention on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients serum ferritin and plasma adiponectin levels and serum ferritin and plasma levels of adiponectin and hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage correlation between the prognosis of the patients after operation.In order to improve the operation rate and reduce postoperative mortality and disability rate to provide a more reliable basis and effective assessment of the prognosis of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:Methods In this study from January 2013 to December 2015 in Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University Department of Neurosurgery treated 76 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.The clinical data of patients were collected immediately after admission,24 hours underwent emergency surgical treatment.First days,third days,fifth days,seventh days,days and 14 days,respectively,serum ferritin,plasma adiponectin.According to after the onset of a 90 day modified Rankin Scale(MRS score)to patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups,the MRS is less than or equal to 2 points:good prognosis group.MRS>2:prognosis poor group.Using SPSS 13.0 software(normal distribution measurement data using t-test.Otherwise,use non parametric test,Spearman correlation was used for correlation analysis and multivariate analysis by multiple linear regression statistical analysis of serum ferritin,plasma adiponectin levels and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with correlation of the prognosis of surgery.Result:Results After the operation,the serum ferritin level of the patients with good prognosis after blood pressure cerebral hemorrhage was gradually decreased,and the lowest in the fourteenth day after operation.And the content of serum ferritin prognosis group is gradually increased from the third day after operation between the two groups of serum ferritin levels were significantly different.On the other hand,the good prognosis group increased gradually after third days of plasma adiponectin levels,and after fourteenth days the highest.The plasma adiponectin prognosis group remained at a low level,and there are significant differences between the groups with good prognosis..Conclusion:Serum ferritin and plasma adiponectin may be a predict index and therapeutic target for prognosis of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,worthy of further study.
