Objective: To analyze serum D- dimer levels and prognosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after surgery relationships in different ways. Methods: A hospital in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in August 2013- May 2014 30 cases were treated in accordance with the minimally invasive surgical drainage were divided into groups and hematoma evacuation group detected in plasma D- two different patients mer content, the same patients and compare different surgical patients D- dimer difference analysis prognosis. Results: hematoma evacuation obvious differences D- dimer dynamic change surgery and minimally invasive surgery before and after drainage, P <0.05, the dynamic changes of the minimally invasive group D- dimer below hematoma evacuation group, P <0.05, D- dimer minimally abnormal drainage group was significantly less than hematoma evacuation group, P <0.05.Conclusion: Hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in patients with serum D- dimer levels in patients with treatment-related changes significantly, and there is a relationship with the prognosis.
