Objective: By detecting changes of the serum fibroin levels in patients with chronic renal disease, clear patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)have high FIB state, and Patients with CKD are more likely to have cardiovascular disease due to atherosclerosis, there is a connection between them.In addition to conventional treatment of cardiovascular events, the intervention of FIB levels may reduce the occurrence and development of CVD events, and provide a theoretical basis for further improvement of the prognosis of CKD.Methods: We collected 90 cases of Primary chronic kidney disease patients in October the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College Department of nephrology from January to October in 2016,30 patients in each stage, each stage as a group,a total of 3groups.Record and follow-up name, age, sex, smoking history, primary disease and cardiovascular disease etc.,at the same time, choose the same healthy check-up 30 cases as control group. The data of the patients were collected and the biochemical parameters were determined. The fibrinogen of all the groups were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The patients with color Doppler ultrasound detection of carotid artery intima-media thickness(IMT).SPSS18.0 software was used for statistical analysis, with P<0.05 as the difference was statistically significant.Result:1 Levels of serum FIB and D-dimer in patients with advanced CKD:The levels of FIB and D-dimer of CKD3-5 were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05);and the trend of dropped as e GFR is increasing.2 patients with advanced CKD carotid color Doppler ultrasound results: The IMT thickness of carotid artery, carotid IMT thickening and plaque incidence in patients with advanced CKD were higher than those in healthy control group(P<0.05).3 Relationship between atherosclerosis and serum FIB,D-dimer levels in Middle-late patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD): According to the results of carotid artery ultrasound examination, the patients with CKD were divided into normal carotid artery group,IMT thickening without plaque group and plaque formation group. The serum FIB level of plaque formation group was significantly higher than that of normal carotid artery group and IMT thickening without plaque group(P<0.05),and the serum FIB level of IMT thickening without plaque group was higher than that of normal carotid artery group(P<0.05).The level of serum D-dimer in plaque formation group was higher than that in normal carotid artery group(P<0.05).4.Linear correlation analysis of FIB and IMT and e GFR in patients with advanced CKD: The levels of serum FIB and D-dimer were positively correlated with IMT(r=0.724,0.486,P<.05),and negatively correlated with e GFR(r=-0.483,-0.451,P<.05).Carotid IMT was negatively correlated with e GFR(r=-0.566,P<.05).Serum FIB level was positively correlated with the level of D-dimer(r=0.539,P<0.05).5.multiple linear logistic regression showed that the serum FIB(beta =7.094,P<0.05),D-dimer(beta =15.118,P<0.05),TG(beta =0.002,P<0.05),LDL(beta =3.472,P<0.05)levels are Risk factors for carotid IMT thickening in patients with advanced CKD.Conclusion: 1 The incidence of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with advanced CKD was significantly higher than that in normal controls.2.The level of FIB in patients with advanced CKD was significantly increased, and the level of D-dimer was increased.3.Increased levels of FIB and D-dimer were associated with atherosclerosis in patients with advanced CKD.
