This thesis mainly includes two parts of literature review and clinical research. The topic of literature review is study on epidemic regularity and relevance of cardiovascular disease in paitients with chronic kidney disease.Chronic kidney disease at home and abroad in recent years is summarized and influenced on cardiovascular diseases, and it is analysised for the relationship between them. In this paper, it is analysised on the pathological and physiological mechanism of kidney and heart system, from chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients with age, gender, stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, diabetes mellitus, proteinuria and blood lipid. It is expounded the regulation of cardiovascular disease in chronic kidney disease (CKD), found early renal abnormalities affect the cardiovascular system, patients with chronic kidney disease can appear coronary atherosclerosis heart disease (CAD) and myocardial infarction (MI), congestive heart failure (CHF), cardiac arrhythmia, peripheral vascular disease (PVD), and other cardiovascular events. At the same time, this paper expounds the common risk factors of chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular disease, such as hypertension, diabetes, lipid metabolic disorder, proteinuria, urine toxin, calcium and phosphorus metabolism and uric acid, the factors influence on cardiovascular disease, thus it can be seen the relationship of chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular disease is very close, it can reduce the happening of cardiovascular events to strengthen early clinical prevention and treatment of all kinds of risk factors. The incidence of chronic kidney disease around the world have been gradually increasing trend (10.1%~15.1%), after the disease of heart and cerebral vessel, cancer, diabetes, and the serious illness of health of a threat. Chronic kidney disease progresses, will eventually lead to end-stage renal disease (ESRD) and its related complications, arteriosclerosis and cardiovascular events in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) with high risks in cardiovascular diseases, and CVD is the most important complications of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), its mortality accounted for about44%~51%of total mortality of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), is the first cause of death in these patients. With literature reports, CVD morbidity rates in patients with mild renal failure is higher than the general population, and the incidence of CVD gradually rise by the progress of the renal function and, peak to ESRD. Our country a great deal of investigation about the CVD morbidity for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) concentrates on patients with ESRD and dialysis, and the survey of patients with early chronic kidney disease (CKD) is scarce. The clinical research part is reviewed of491cases patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD)in July2001to June2014from Peking University first hospital and Shandong University first hospital kidney internal medicine outpatient following-up of more than one year, combining with the patient’s medical records, new event questionnaire following-up1year and patients in clinic laboratory results and related auxiliary examination, electrocardiogram, colour to exceed, it is concluded that patients with chronic kidney disease staging, the diagnosis of the primary disease and the occurrence of CVD, using SPSS20.0statistical software, using the single factor analysis of variance are compared, and the x2test and single factor and multivarable Logistic regression analysis, the statistics of different age, gender, primary disease and the prevalence of CVD in patients with different stages of kidney disease, patients has cardiovascular disease in chronic kidney disease (CKD) on the influence of the risk factors, such as blood pressure, proteinuria, albumin, blood lipid, uric acid, serium phosphorus. It is found that along with the progress of chronic kidney disease (CKD), the incidence of CVD have been gradually rise, and reach to a peak in CKD2~3period, patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) onset age, the greater the risk of a cardiovascular event, the male patients are more likely to happen CVD than female patients. In the investigation of the primary disease, patients with diabetic kidney disease and high blood pressure, are more likely to have CVD. Clinical research results show that incidence of cardiovascular disease in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) is high, advanced age, highpertension, high cholesterol, proteinuria, hypoproteinemia and hyperphosphatemia are independent risk factors for the occurrence of cardiovascular events, and it is important to influence cardiovascular risk factors for highpertension and hyperphosphatemia. Through the study, we fully understand the related risk factors for cardiovascular, for early prevention from cardiovascular events in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), it can provide theoretical basis with improving the quality of survival in patients. This study belongs to the clinical investigation and study on the primary stage, due to the fewer the number of cases, it remains to be further in-depth study.
