Objective:Research in patients with chronic kidney disease,it that low thyroid function is one of the factors of the patients's cardiovascular diseases?Discuss the relationship between low thyroid function with arteriosclerosis in chronic kidney disease patientsMethods:Select 246 patients with chronic kidney disease, according to the results of arteriosclerosis index into high arteriosclerosis and low arteriosclerosis group.Detection free three iodine thyroid(FT3) peptide (original) and free thyroxine (FT4),allergic thyroid-stimulating hormone(sTSH),total cholesterol,triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-c),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),glomerular filtration rate(GFR), hemoglobin (Hb), albumin (Alb), uric acid (UA),serum glucose (Glu), the calcium-phosphorus product (Ca×P), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic pressure (DBP), pulse pressure (PP), calculated body mass index (BMI),Record general clinical data.assay 30 patients serum ox-LDL By ELISA.Results:1.High arteriosclerosis group high than lower arteriosclerosis group in TSH.value:p <0.05.2.Age,albumin level,systolic pressure, pulse pressure, frontal body-mass index IBM and hemoglobin, GFR all related with atherosclerosis.3.in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD)with high TSH value, ox-LDL can't reflect the variation of arteriosclerosis significantly.Conclusion:Low thyroid function in patients with chronic kidney disease is a risk factor of the arteriosclerosis in the patients;Ox-LDL changes won't respond to it atherosclerosis risk in TSH elevated in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).
