Lonicera edulis,Caprifoliaceae,grown in Changbai Mountain,Jilin Province,Heilongjiang province China area in eastern mountain area of Greater Khingan Range,Eastern Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia,North China,northwest,Sichuan,the Russian Far East,Japan and North Korea and other places have distribution.Often found in banks,marshes,shrubs,or alpine forests.EELC oval blue purple berries,taste sweet and sour.Contains 7 kinds of amino acids and vitamin C,you can eat,but also provide a pigment,but also wine,drink and jam.Bud,firuit,flowers and nectar.So in addition to the Lonicera edulis has higher edible value,not only that,in Lonicera edulis fruit also contains VP rich active substances,such as rutin,anthocyanin,these substances have a high medicinal value.Its fruit not only has the effect of heat clearing and detoxifying,but also can reduce blood pressure,and enhance the number of blood cells,the treatment of children with anorexia has a certain effect.Its shoots can also be used as medicine,have the effect of clearing heat and detoxicating.EELC whole plant contains aucubin,its seeds contain anthocyanins.This experiment in order to study the extraction of anthocyanins from Lonicera edulis on alcoholic liver injury in mice has a protective effect,the first 35 days of continuous intragastric administration in mice,the establishment of alcoholic liver injury model,while the experimental group set dosage were 20mg/kg,5mg/kg,0.5mg/kg,anthocyanins,as well as on normal mice gastric volume were 20mg/kg,5mg/kg anthocyanin concentration,high concentration of the control group,the thirty-sixth day of mice were necropsied,the main organ weight and organ coefficient,comparative analysis of different groups of mice were detected by serum ALT,AST,ALB,POD,SOD,MDA and liver.GSH,SA content,ATP activity,comparative analysis of the effect of damage of anthocyanins at different concentration on the alcoholic 'liver of mice,and anthocyanin solution on mice liver normal toxic.The results show that compared with the control group,the high concentration of experimental group body weight was significantly decreased(P<0.05),alcohol model group,experimental group of low concentration,liver organ coefficient in experimental group was significantly increased,there was significant difference(P<0.05),alcohol model group,serum low concentration experimental group the ALT,AST,MDA in liver were significantly increased,ALB,GSH,SOD and ATP activity decreased significantly.Compared with the alcohol model group,the serum levels of ALT,AST,MDA in liver tissue decreased,and the activities of ALB,GSH,SOD and ATP increased significantly in the high concentration experimental group and the alcohol model group.Compared with normal mice,there was no significant difference between the indexes of medium concentration and high concentration of control group.The conclusion is:the loniceraedulis anthocyanin can reduce damage on the liver caused by alcohol to a certain extent.
