Empirical Study On The Promotion Of Appropriate Techniques Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Of Community In Guangzhou

ObjectiveAppropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in the community health service.From the New Healthcare Reform,Guangzhou government make new policies to support development of TCM at the grass-roots level according to the spirits of nation and province.Among them,to promote appropriate techniques of TCM is an important indicator of promoting grass-roots service ability of TCM.At present,Guangzhou city,which have the advantage of developing TCM and the community health service,promotes appropriate techniques of TCM in communities and community residents to accept it through financial support,self-construction of community health service institutions,team construction and training,cultural propaganda and so on.This study is based on the police of promotion of grass-roots service ability of TCM and the background of literature review.From the supplier(government and the community health service institutions)and the buyer(patients receiving services of appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine),it investigated the situation of appropriate techniques of TCM in community health service centre of Guangzhou and the construction and promotion of "Internet +" the service network video platform from 2012 to 2015 year.Compared before with after the change of policy,it discusses the method and thought of promotion of appropriate techniques of TCM and perfects the construction of long-term mechanism,serve as a reference for the further development of community health service in Guangzhou.MethodThrough literature reviews,policy inquiry methods,reviewing of domestic and foreign current situation of the development of community health service,referring to statistics from administration,it can understand the situation of infrastructure construction and talent of community health service centers.in Guangzhou from the study.The method is mainly extraction of 42 doctors who use appropriate techniques of TCM and 200 residents who accept it in 13 community health service center with the characteristics of TCM in Guangzhou city and on-site questionnaire and individual interview,etc.The analysis is logistics regression with the practical situation of supply and demand side.It summarizes that the present problem and experience of promoting the appropriate Techniques of TCM with PEST-SWOT Model from the engagement,security,effectiveness,economy,convenience and satisfaction of six dimensions.It put forward that the promotion strategy of appropriate techniques of TCM in internal.and external environment from the integration perspective.ResultsThe main findings include:1,From the setting of clinic,the departments of pharmacy,and the establishment of TCM diagnosis and treatment equipment analysis,The 100%of community health service center which have completed the basic facilities of TCM configuration of Guangzhou in 2015,can provide more than 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology and carry out TCM Prevention and health care so that it can reach the provincial policy document requirements.2,From the analysis of talent team construction,the growth rate of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine is small,which is the 21.2%of the total number of physicians accounted for the proportion of the community.More and more doctors of traditional Chinese medicine have taken part in general practitioners training.Only 41.5%of the community health service center accounted for 20%of doctor of traditional Chinese medicine.3,From the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine service,93.4%community health service center can set up comprehensive TCM service area independently.And the number of people involved in TCM treatment was 17.2%more than in 2012.4,From the perspective of technology promotion,the model of Internet platform education has more advantages than the traditional education model.From the analysis of safety and validity of technology,the majority of doctors believe that there is a little of risk and the curative effect is good.5,From the analysis of the technical convenience,economy and satisfaction,patients were involved in the investigation said the visit is more convenient and the treatment cost satisfaction needs to be improved.From logistics regression analysis,Residents involved in TCM services believe that the satisfaction of TCM appropriate technology needs to be improved,which affect the overall satisfaction is the main difference of treatment,efficacy and cost.ConclusionThe promotion effect of the appropriate techniques of TCM is one of the important indicators to enhance the ability of TCM service in the community.With the supply and demand double perspective,combined with the PEST-SWOT model and the integration of analysis in research,the community health service center of TCM appropriate techniques in Guangzhou has been promoted better by the drive of policy,but there are still unsatisfactory in the survey of the better development of TCM services.Therefore,there are some following countermeasures:1,The government can increase investment to improve the infrastructure of TCM and build a good platform for appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine.2,By the law of TCM,it can promote the development of talent team and raise the quality and efficiency of technology promotion.3,The government makes increasing efforts to put more appropriate techniques into health insurance so that it can reduce medicalexpenses and guide residents to choose Chinese medicine first.4,The government.should promote the health management project of the appropriate techniques of TCM,develop the resources of TCM.5,The government and community health service institution should improve propaganda of the community culture of TCM and promote the core value of Medical Ethics.
