Optimization And Ealuation Of TCM Syndrome Scale For Drug Addicts

Objective:the formation of drug addicts TCM Syndrome Scale on the basis of preliminary work(initial scale),and through pre clinical investigation of early scale reliability and validity evaluation,hoping to provide a more accurate and objective clinical diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine reference tool for the study of drug addiction.Methods:Based on previous studies,combined with the syndrome element integral method and expert advice to determine drug addicts of TCM Syndrome Scale(the initial scale)of the item pool.A total of 289 drug addicts were pre clinical investigation,the difficulty of analysis,sensitivity analysis,T test,correlation coefficient method and the Krone Bach coefficient statistical method to select the items to form drug addicts early TCM Syndrome Scale,then the application of drug addicts TCM Syndrome Scale at the beginning of 450 data collection,using the split half reliability,Krone Bach coefficient,factor analysis and principal component analysis on the scale reliability and validity evaluation.Results:the combination of multiple item selection method,and finally delete the Q62 form,"drug addicts Chinese medicine symptomscale>(initial scale),consists of 14 dimensions,70 items,including 6 dimensions of the disease’s location,are the liver dimensions of 27 items,26 items of spleen and kidney dimensionsf 21 items,lung dimensions of 10 items,the heart dimensions of 14 items;8 dimensions of disease’s nature,with Qi deficiency dimensions of 28 items,Yang deficiency of dimensions of 26 items,blood deficiency of dimensions of 21 items,Yin deficiency of dimensions of 23 items,sputum dimensions of 19 items,wet dimensions of 22 items,and Qi stagnation dimensions of 21 items.,Blood stasis dimension of the 17 items,heat dimensions of4 items.Scale evaluation:half reliability coefficient is greater than 0.9 of the total scale,the split half reliability of each dimension is greater than 0.8;the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of total scale and each dimension is greater than 0.9,indicating initial scale internal consistency is good,high credibility.The "opiate addiction severity scale" as the scale calibration results,the correlation coefficient of total scale that is 0.410,the dimensions of the correlation coefficient between 0.361-0.426.The factor analysis showed that the scale of the KMO value is 0.976,chi square test of sphericity and the value of Bartlett is 26616.839(P<0.01),the scale of data suitable for factor analysis.The 9 factors extracted principal components explained all to 66.862%,and the characteristic value is greater than 1,said that the analysis the extraction of 9 common factors,the validity that the actual test results and theoretical assumptions of the general agreement.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scale of drug addicts is reliable and effective,but general validityso it needs to be further improved in the following research work.
