1.ObjectiveThe purpose of the study is to observe the clinical efficacy of perimenopausal syndrome patients who combined with articular disorder of cervical and thoracic vertebrae, which used the method of electroacupuncture with spinal manipulation.Investigate the correlation between of perimenopausal syndrome combined with articular disorder of cervical and thoracic vertebrae.2.MethodsSelect 60 cases which hospitalized in Armed police corps hospital in Anhui Province who got combined articular disorder of cervical and thoracic vertebrae with perimenopausal syndrome.Divide the patients randomly into two groups,30 in the observation group and 30 in the control group.Use the way of spinal manipulation with electroacupuncture in the observation group once per day,and continuously two weeks as a therapeutic program.Only use the way of electroacupuncture in the control group once per day, also two weeks as a therapeutic program continuously.Record the Iconography score,Kupperman score in two groups.Compare the curative effect of two groups.3.results1.Therapeutic evaluation of IconographyThe scores of C-spine Open Mouth was no different between two groups(p>0.05).After treatment the scores in observation group is much lower than before, with significant difference(p<0.01).The control group before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).After treatment the scores in observation group is much lower than control group, with significant difference(p<0.01).The scores of Lateral projection X-ray was no different between two groups(p>0.05).After treatment the scores in observation group is much lower than before, with significant difference(p<0.01).The control group before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).After treatment the scores in observation group is much lower than control group, with significant difference(p<0.01).2.The Kupperman score evaluationThe Kupperman score was no different between two groups(p>0.05).After treatment the Kupperman scorein observation group is much lower than before, with significant difference(p<0.01).The Kupperman score in control group is much lower than before, with significant difference(p<0.01).After treatment the Kupperman score in observation group is much lower than control group, with significant difference(p<0.01).The Hot flashes and Sweating of Kupperman score was no different between two groups(p>0.05).After treatment the Hot flashes and Sweating of Kupperman score in observation group is much lower than before, with significant difference(p<0.01).The Hot flashes and Sweating of Kupperman score in control group is much lower than before, with significant difference(p<0.05).After treatment the Hot flashes and Sweating of Kupperman score in observation group is much lower than control group, with significant difference(p<0.05).The Mood swings of Kupperman score was no different between two groups(p>0.05).After treatment the Mood swings of Kupperman score in observation group is much lower than before, with significant difference(p<0.01).The Mood swings of Kupperman score in control group is much lower than before, with significant difference(p<0.05).After treatment the Mood swings of Kupperman score in observation group is much lower than control group, with significant difference(p<0.05).The urinary tract infection of Kupperman score was no different between two groups(p>0.05).The control group before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The observation group before and after treatment, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).4.Conclusion1.Manual reposition combined with electroacupuncture can improve the symptomsof cervical and thoracic vertebrae and Perimenopause syndrome clinical symptoms, and Manual reposition combined with electroacupuncture effectively improve cervical and thoracic vertebrae.2.Manual reposition combined with electroacupuncture can improve Hot flashes and Sweating,Mood swings symptoms, and the curative effect of manual reposition combined with electroacupuncture is better than electroacupuncture. But the two groups of treatment methods for the treatment of Perimenopausal symptoms of urinary tract infection is invalid.3.The articular disorder of cervical and thoracic vertebraeis related to perimenopa--usal syndrome.
