Effects Of Compound Sanqi Particles On Clinical Study In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease With Stable Angina Pectoris And Its Effect On Lipid Metabolism

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and the effect of compound sanqi particles on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(CHD)on the basis of routine western medicine,and to explore its mechanism.Method:According to SAP western medicine diagnosis and TCM syndrome diagnostic criteria,60 patients with coronary heart disease stable angina(kidney deficiency and blood stasis)were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the research group was treated with compound sanqi particles on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients before and after treatment and related laboratory index changes.And before and after treatment were monitored ECG,assessment of TCM symptoms before and after treatment,and observe the changes before and after the treatment of safety indicators.Results: 1.Two groups of patients after treatment of angina symptoms significantly ease.24 h dynamic electrocardiogram performance also has obvious improvement.Angina pectoris group after treatment,the total efficiency of the study group(93%)was higher than the control group(67%);24h dynamic electrocardiogram,the total efficiency of the study group(93%)was higher than the control group(60%)(P < 0.05).2.Two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome scores were significantly decreased(P<0.05);after treatment,the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).3.Two groups of patients after treatment,the dosage of nitroglycerin was reduced,compared with the group,the study group was significantly lower than the control group(93%)(P<0.05)(60%).4.After treatment,the total time of myocardial ischemia and myocardial ischemia of the two groups were significantly lower than 24h(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).5.The two groups of patients after treatment TG,T-CHOL,LDL-C,Apo-B,Apo-A1/B,HCY,CRP,,HDL-C,Apo-A1,significantly increased(P<0.05).6.After treatment,the changes of liver and kidney function of two groups were not significant(P > 0.05).Conclusion: 1.compound sanqi particles combined with western medicine and simple western medicine treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis of coronary heart disease angina pectoris curative effect more precise,to improve the syndromes of patients with the total load of 24 h total duration of myocardial ischemia and improve myocardial ischemia,ECG improvement,reduce the amount of nitroglycerin,the curative effect is better than that of the conventional western medicine treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.compound decoction of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment is better than pure western medicine treatment significantly improved lipid metabolism related indicators(TG,T-CHOL,LDL-C,HDL-C,Apo-A1,Apo-B,Apo-A1/B,HCY,CRP)(37).The curative effect was better than that of routine western medicine,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The clinical application of compound sanqi particles is remarkable,worthy of clinical promotion.
