1 Objective:Rhizoma acori tatarinowii produces from Anhui as the research object,to establish control quality and evaluation methods of Anhui Rhizoma acori tatarinowii.2 Methods:Identify and content determination of different regions of Rhizoma acori tatarinowii from Anhui use electrochemical fingerprint technology,infrared spectrum technology,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)technology.3 Results:3.1 By studying the influence of different conditions on the electrochemical oscillations map,the optimum conditions of the B-Z oscillation were as follows,the temperature of 310 K,the speed of 400 r/min and adding 0.2000 g of Rhizoma acori tatarinowii powder.To obtain and discuss the electrochemical fingerprint of different regions of Rhizoma acori tatarinowii,different positions of the Rhizoma acori tatarinowii.And Rhizoma acori calamus.3.2 The results of Infrared spectroscopy showed that the main absorption peaks of Rhizoma acori tatarinowii were in the vicinity at 3366 cm-1,2925 cm-1,1738 cm-1,1643 cm-1,1411 cm-1,1152 cm-1,1078 cm-1,1018 cm-1.The FT-IR spectra of Rhizoma acori tatarinowii in different regions were similar,but the intensity and position of absorption peak were different.The FT-IR spectra of different parts of Rhizoma acori tatarinowii and their characteristic chemical compositions were different,the characteristic absorption peaks of rhizome at 1152 cm-1,1078 cm-1 and 1021 cm-1 belonged to starch were more obvious,the characteristic absorption peaks of the root at 1640 cm-1 and 1512 cm-1 belonged to protein were more obvious,the absorption peak of the leaf at 763 cm-1 was not obvious,indicating that content of calcium oxalate in leaves were less or no.Compared with the absorption peaks near 1640cm-1 and 1512 cm-1,the content of protein in Rhizoma acori calamus.is higher than that in Rhizoma acori tatarinowii.3.3 Through grope for the liquid chromatographic conditions,the optimal chromatographic conditions were determined,mobile phase was isocratic elution of methanol-water(0.1%formic acid)(55:45),flow rate was 1.0 mLmin-1,and column temperature was 30?,detection wavelength is 250 nm.The average recovery of a-asarone was 99.16%,RSD was 2.35%;The average recovery of ?-asarone was 99.53%,RSD was 2.14%.Alpha asarone content is 0.049%?0.20%,beta asarone content is 0.86%?2.36%.4 Conclusion:4.1 Through the different of Rhizoma acori tatarinowii electrochemical fingerprint and the information parameters,identify different regions of Rhizoma acori tatarinowii,different positions of the Rhizoma acori tatarinowii.and Rhizoma acori calamus.Set up a simple,rapid and economical method to identify Rhizoma acori tatarinowii from Anhui.4.2 Identification of Rhizoma acori tatarinowii from different origin,different parts and its adulterants by FT-IR,not only reveals the holistic chemical constituents and specific chemical components,but also provides organic macromolecules and inorganic small molecules.The advantages of FT-IR such as accuracy,rapid and intuition,provide a new idea and a new method for identification and quality evaluatin of Traditional Chinese Medicine.4.3 According the determination of alpha asarone and beta asarone in different regions of Rhizoma acori tatarinowii,different positions of the Rhizoma acori tatarinowii And Rhizoma acori calamus.Preliminary concluded that in the three parts of leaves,roots and fibrous root,the contents of ?-asarone and ?-asarone only in roots conform to the Pharmacopoeia rules.At the same time the contents of a-asarone and ?-asarone in Rhizoma acori tatarinowii and Rhizoma acori calamus.are compared.The contents of?-asarone and ?-asarone in Rhizoma acori calamus less than 1.0%,the sum is not conform to the Pharmacopoeia rules.The method is sensitive,easy and simple,the repeatability is good,accurate and reliable results,and the method can be used for the quality evaluation of Rhizoma acori tatarinowii.
