| Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture intervention on the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM),and to monitor and analyze the fasting blood glucose(FBG),fasting serum insulin(FP),blood lipids and blood pressure in community type 2 diabetes mellitus patients on the basis of maintaining the original treatment plan.So as to explore the feasibility and clinical significance of Chinese acupuncture therapy with simple,inexpensive and easy to popularize in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in community.Methods:Seventy volunteer patients were screened from Shangfang Community Health Service Center in Jiangning District of Nanjing.The selected objects are numbered and grouped by number-multiple multiple grouping.Were randomly divided into acupuncture intervention group,western medicine treatment group and control group.N = 25 each.Yin acupuncture and moxibustion intervention group:the main point to take EX-B3,BL13,BL16,ST36,SP6;yin deficiency and dryness heat take LI4,LU10,KI3;Deficiency of both QI and YINtakeRN6,RN4;deficiency of yin affecting yang take RN4,DU4;moxibustion at RN6,RN4,DU4,3 times per week,4 weeks for a course of treatment.Western medicine treatment group was not receiving acupuncture intervention but the use of biguanides and other hypoglycemic agents in patients.The control group was not receiving acupuncture intervention in patients,in the course of the experiment to accept the general mission and diabetes nutrition catering to maintain the original way of life.Treatment:6 months,every 3 months to record the indicators.Results:The result showed that the fasting blood glucose and fasting serum insulin of acupuncture intervention group and western medicine treatment group were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05).The insulin resistance index of acupuncture intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TC and TG in acupuncture intervention group and western medicine treatment group were significantly lower than before and after intervention(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the western medicine treatment group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant TC and TG of the acupuncture intervention group were significantly lower than those of the western medicine intervention group(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of acupuncture intervention group and western medicine treatment group were significantly lower than before and after treatment(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure of acupuncture intervention group after treatment was significantly lower than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the acupuncture intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).(FPG),serum insulin(Fins),insulin resistance index(IR),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(SBP)(DBP)were improved,but the levels of HDL-C and LDL-C were also improved,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The acupuncture intervention group and the western medicine treatment group all have the curative effect to the type 2 diabetes,can effectively improve the patient's clinical symptom.2.Acupuncture in the blood lipid adjustment to normal levels after the two groups have obvious advantages.3.Acupuncture therapy in this disease have a certain effect,with simple and inexpensive features,can be used in combination with conventional treatment,it is worth promoting application. |
