Objective:Tuina is effective for interventions on clinical spleen-insufficiency,which is a common type of childrens's constitutions.Based on the a Guide of Tuina in preventing Spleen-insufficiency constitution in children"(evaluation draft),this study explores and analyzes its clinical concordance and effect so that providing clinical support for further developing clinical guidelines of "treating pre-disease" in children, according to clinical observation and edical statistics methods. Methods:The research is divided into two parts. The first part:Reported cases. To evaluate the clinical value of the guidelines,we investigated at least 200 cases from 11 medical institutions in different regions in recent one-year period under the guidance of experts. Then,we filled up and submited the questionnaires of cases by in terms of diagnosis?syndrome differential and treatment. The second part:According to the diagnostic standard dividing 70 cases of children with splenic asthenia into Tuina group(35 cases)and Drug group(35 cases)by random access. The Tuina group adopted acupoints from the guidelines and the Drug group was treated with Zhuangeryin Oral liquid, children aged 0-3,3-6,6-12 taking 10ml,15ml,20ml three times a day respectively. The clinical efficacy and symptom integral were observed and analysed after a series of the four courses(five days for one)of treatments. Results:The first part1.The summary statics of the consistency testing table shows that the coincidence rates are 100%on all four aspects in the 213 cases.Because of individual and regional differences, comparative coincidence rates of acupoint selection and some other factors about operation account more.2.The proportion of cases-Spleen qi deficiency and Liver surplus symptom are slightly higher,43%,30%respectively.Besides,the symptom differentiation adopted by thell hospitals are roughly to the evaluation draft.3.The acupoint selection(16 acupoints,1461 frequency)in the guidelines has higher concordance with clinic-93%of the total 27 used acupoints,1570 frequency. The second part1.Group comparison before treatment:No difference was existed among the two groups on the gender, age, symptom integral of patients.(P<0.05)2.Comparison after treatment:(1)Group comparison:Statistical difference existed in before and during treatment as well as before and after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of two groups:Both of during and after treatment, the mean total integral in the Tuina group was higher than that in the drug group with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Clinical coincidence rate of the evaluation draft is 100%.2.The overall clinical effect of Tuina was superior to the Zhuangeryin oral medicine on the intervention of children with spleen deficiency.3.The Guide of Tuina in preventing Spleen-insufficiency constitution in children(evaluation draft),consistent with clinical treatment, has a significant clinical effect.
