| Objective:The topic through the observation of the clinical symptoms before and after treatment of children and in children with blood and urine routine, liver function, kidney function tests combined,clear the obvious curative effect of ShenqiGuipi syrup for the treatment of children with deficiency of both heart and spleen of ADHD, providing a method for the clinical treatment of children with ADHD.which is more effective,simple and safe.MethodrThe 60 cases of heart-spleen deficiency came from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,which were devided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each by the principle of random.The treatment group was given ShenqiGuipi syrup; the control group was given atomoxetine hydrochloride capsules. The treatment courses of two groups were all 2 month. To observe the change of clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment, blood routine,urine routine, liver and renal function.Result:compare the total symptom score group, both P<0.01, They have significant differences, the treatment group and control group had significant effect.The total effective rate of the two groups was P>0.05, they have no statistically significant difference, indicating that the total effect of the two groups in the treatment of ADHD was equivalent. The treatment group was better than the control group in the treatment of attention deficit,The treatment group and the control group have no statistically significant difference in hyperactivity, impulsive. There was no adverse reaction in the treatment group and the control group.Conclusion:1.ShenqiGuipi syrup for the treatment of children with deficiency of both heart and spleen of ADHD have a significant effect.2.ShenqiGuipi syrup can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of the children with deficiency of both heart and spleen of ADHD. |
