Research objective:From studying on the patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain(HSP),to explore the clinical role and efficacy of the treatment of acupuncture combined with neuromuscular joint facilitation(NJF),and to provide more clinical basis for clinical treatment.Research methods:40 cases included in the standard of HSP patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups received routine drug therapy and rehabilitation training. The control group was treated with acupuncture, the treatment group on the basis of the control group, with the NJF method for rehabilitation. Two groups of patoents were one time per day with accpuncture and rehabilitation therapy,30 minutes each day,6 times a week,a total of 3 weeks of treatment All patients were assessed before and after training period by Visual analogue scale(VAS)?Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)?Barthel index(BI)?Passive range of motion(PROM).All the clinical data were dealt with SPSS20.0 statistical software.Research results:There were no statistical differences(p>0.05)between the two groups,in the terms of duration, age and pre-treatment indicators, the two groups were comparable. After the treatment, the two groups of patients in the terms of VAS,PROM,BI,FMA score were significantly improved(p<0.05).The effect of VAS,PROM and FMA was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the terms of BI score(p>0.05).Research conclusions:Acupuncture combined with NJF and acupuncture alone in the treatment of HSP are effective, and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.Acupuncture combined with NJF can improve HSP in patients with upper limb motor function, relieve pain and increase joint mobility. From these points of view, the mixed treatment is better than acupuncture alone, but there is no significant difference in improving the score of patient self-care ability.
