Clinical Study Of The Solid Shoulder Complement Element Acupuncture And Rehabilitation Therapy On The Treatment Of Hemiplegic Shoulder Pain

Objective:This study based on pain visual analogue scale,Fugl-Meyer motor function assessment scale and clinical neurologic impairment rating scale as the observed indicator,compared to observe the solid shoulder complement element acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy on the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain clinical research to find an effective way to treat hemiplegic shoulder pain.Method: 56 patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain were randomly divided into two groups. Solid shoulder repairment therapy method and rehabilitation therapy are adopted respectively.To score them 30 days before treatment and after treatment seperately.and combined scores for evaluation of analgesic effect and function effect .Result: 1. After a solid shoulder complement element acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy for 30 days for A B groups, pain visual analogue scale (VAS) were significantly different than that before treatment, the difference was significant statistically significant (P <0.01), the difference between the two groups shows no statistically significant (P> 0.05).It shows that both treatments in patients with the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain had good analgesic effect, and there was no significant difference between the two. 2.Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor function and clinical neurologic deficit score shows the two groups compared before and after treatment was statistically significant (P <0.01), indicating that the two methods to improve and restore limb function in patients with neurological deficit was significant, the comparison of the the difference is also significant (P <0.01), which show that solid shoulder fill element acupuncture group can improve the limb function and neurological impairment, which will help patients recovery.Conclusion: 1. Both of the two methods are effective for the hemiplegic shoulder pain therapy. 2. The solid shoulder complement element acupuncture has better effect than the rehabilitation therapy. They are significantly different.
