Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Lateral Puncture Tendons Node In Treating Post-apoplectic Spastic Hemiplegia

Objective:By observing the effect of soothing puncture of meridian sinew nodal point on the degree of limb spasm,motor function and daily living ability of patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke,and comprehensively evaluating the clinical curative effects of two different methods by comparing with ordinary acupuncture methods to provide a new clinical treatment for spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:60 patients are randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group is treated with soothing puncture of meridian sinew nodal point method,the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,the patients are treated for 3 weeks,6 days per week.Adopting the modified Ashworth spasm scale,Fugl-Meyern assessment scale and Barthel index grading method to evaluate the degree of limb spasticity,physical activity and daily living activity of the two groups respectively before and after treatment,to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:(1)There are no significant differences(P>0.05)between two groups before treatment,by statistically comparing Fugl-Meyer score,modified Ashworth scale and Barthel index of two groups,it is comparable.(2)There are statistical significance(P<0.05)between two groups reflected by Fugl-Meyer score,the modified Ashworth scale,and the Barthel index before and after treatment.(3)Comparing the Fugl-Meyer score,the modified Ashworth scale and the Barthel index between treatment group and control group after treatment,there are statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion:Soothing puncture of meridian sinew nodal point can effectively treat spastic hemiplegia after stroke,improve physical activity of the limbs,alleviate the degree of limb spasms and improve the daily living activities of the patients,which are superior to the ordinary acupuncture group.
