| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made “Yu Jie Decoction” in the treatment of malignant tumor-related depression.Methods:Select 62 patients with malignant tumor-related depression and randomly allocate to two groups.The experimental group(31 cases)was given self-made " Yu Jie Decoction" as the main side of the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment,while the control group was given conventional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment(excluding "Yu Jie Decoction").One dose a day,take two weeks in one course of treatment,observe four course of treatment.Two groups of patients were quantified by Hamilton depression tables and self-made Clinical symptom quantification table of “Yu Zheng” before treatment and after 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,8weeks of treatment.And then summarize the data for statistical analysis.Result:1.The depression scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the scores of the depression in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The depression scores of the experimental group in each stage after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 87%,the control group was 77%,both groups had the curative effect on malignant tumor-related depression,and the experimental group was better than the control group during the remaining treatment course(P<0.05)in addition to the treatment for 2 weeks(P>0.05).3.The two groups could improve the scores of each factor,and the scores of the five factors after the treatment of the experimental group were significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);Thescores of anxiety/somatization and cognitive impairment in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The experimental group showed an improvement in the weight factor score only two weeks after treatment(P<0.05),with the remainder of the treatment being equally effective(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the improvement of sleep factors between the two groups(P>0.05).The experimental group showed an advantage in the improvement of the delayed factor score only after six weeks of treatment(P<0.05),with the remaining two groups treating the same effect(P>0.05).4.The traditional medicine of the experimental group and the control group could significantly improve the clinical symptoms quantitative score,the experimental group in just 4 weeks after treatment shows relatively obvious advantage than the control group(P<0.05),the remaining course treating the same effect(P>0.05).The clinical symptoms quantitative scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).5.Two groups were able to significantly improve the "depression",which was comparably effective after two weeks of treatment(P>0.05),and the treatment group was significantly more effective in the remaining treatment phase than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made "Yu Jie Decoction" as the main side of the traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment can significantly increase the response rate of malignant tumor-related depression,and can significantly improve anxiety/somatization and cognitive impairment,the action mechanism of "Yu Jie Decoction" needs to be further studied,to benefit morepatients with malignant tumors and provide a new approach to the treatment of malignant tumor-related depression. |
