The Observation Of Chaishao Weiyan Granule On HP Rresistant Patients' Intestinal Metaplasia Of Gastric Mucosa Of Reveral Point

Objective:The late professor Zhou Deduan in our hospital in1996 created You Weikang Granules(gastritis particles now)combined with anti Hp therapy in the treatment of Hp resistant patients,observation of gastric mucosa in patients with intestinal metaplasia and reversal point,and simultaneous observation of gastritis granule combined with anti Hp therapy is helpful to improve the cure rate of HP and reduce the resistance rate.Methods:60 patients with Hp infection were diagnosed by endoscopy and pathological examination.Randomized gastritis particles group were given medication method: gastritis particles,particles one packet each time,three times a day,a course of 3 months;gastritis granule combined with triple therapy group were given gastritis granule and standard triple therapy,medication method: gastritis granule one packet each time,three times a day,ray Bella with 20 mg bid,amoxicillin 1 bid 0.5 bid,clarithromycin,treatment for 3 months;triple therapy group was treated with standard triple therapy,medication method: ray Bella with 20 mg bid,amoxicillin 1 bid,clarithromycin 0.5 bid,treatment for 3months.At 0.5,1,and 1.5 years,gastroscopy,HP and gastric mucosa pathological examination were detected in the same position.The positive rate of HP positive was detected.According to the results of the test data statistics and analysis.Results:(1)H.pylori eradication rate between B group(85%)in group >A(55%)>C group(45%),there was significant difference(p>0.05)(2)observed in chromoendoscopy curative effect,treatment group total effectiv e rate was 90% with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group,with the total efficiency of 50%,the Chinese herbal medicine group total effective rate was 50%,the combination of Chinese and Western treatment gro up total effectiveness obviously higher than the first two(p<0.05);(3)to observ e the effect of disease detection,treatment group total effective rate was 85% w ith combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine group,with the tot al efficiency of 45%,the Chinese herbal medicine group total effective rate was55%,the combination of Chinese and Western treatment group was significantl y higher than the first two(p<0.05);(4)in pathology Histologically,three group s of patients with gastric mucosal inflammation,intestinal metaplasia after treat ment than before treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: the treatment of helicobacter pylori in three group were effective,with combination of Chinese and western treatment group is efficient significantly better than pure western medicine group and the pure Chinese traditional medicine group,and it effectively improve the h.pylori eradication rate,significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the patient's survival quality,and can reduce the inflammation of gastric mucosa,repair the gastric mucosa,to a certain extent it can reverse the intestinal metaplasia,and prevent the further shift of chronic atrophic gastritis to cancer.
