Primary Investigation Of Consonant/q/Characteristics And Antidote Of Patients With Uyghur Language Velopharyngeal Functional Disturbance

Objective: Know about acoustic features of consonant/q/ of Uyghur language velopharyngeal functional disturbance, and discuss antidote of consonant / q/. Methods: Through recording and sampling for 31 inpatient children with velopharyngeal functional disturbance and 10 normal children during their reading Uyghur words contained consonant /q /. This paper applies praat analysis software to collect parameters of consonant /q/ in Uyghur language, and compares two groups with statistic methods, finally determines antidote in terms of theory based on phoniatrics principle. Results: Two groups differences among F1 、 F3 、 F4 have statistical significance(P<0.05); difference between CD and F2 have no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion: "Uyghur speech articulation test scale" have certain clinical value of the study of Uyghur articulation disorders,acoustic parameters of consonant/q/ in Uyghur language velopharyngeal functional disturbance have significant difference with normal speech. Correct phonetic model should be established to improve speech intelligibility.
