| Objective:Now think of cognitive function damage may be related to clinical diseases such as gout disease,kidney disease,high blood pressure is closely related,these diseases is common multiple complications in patients with gout.The main of this article is to study cognitive function in patients with gout and xinjiang region men SLC2A9 gene peptide correlation.Methods:Selection of xinjiang each 200 male patients with gout and physical examination,using a simple scale mental state examination(MMSE),wechsler adult intelligence scale(WAIS),Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA),comprehensive hospital anxiety depression scale(HADS)for determination of cognition;Combined with TaqMan probe method was applied,the SLC2A9 genome-wide association study(GWAS)found that might be closely related with gout rs3733591,rs11722228 and polymorphism gene detects rs5568674 sites);At the same time with the result of all these genes do statistical analysis.Results:(1)three places in the detection of SLC2A9 gene loci:rs3733591 and rs11722228 loci associated with gout susceptibility gene peptide sex(P=0.0170,P=0.0005).(2)gout group compared with healthy controls MoCA scores was statistically difference(P<0.05),compared the two groups of MoCA scale of each component,the display language,abstract ability score was statistically difference(P<0.05).(3)rs3733591(CC/CT/TT),rs11722228(CC/CT/TT)and rs55686745(CC/CT/TT),uric acid has no obvious difference between different genotypes(P>0.05).(4)regression analysis reveal that rs3733591 SLC2A9 gene,rs11722228 and rs55686745 gene polymorphism and men were not associated with cognitive function in patients with gout(P > 0.05).Conclusion:This study will be male gout population in xinjiang as study group,further reveals the pain people SLC2A9 gene polymorphism and the findings of a study of cognitive function. |
