Objective:To explore the relationship between the AIP,polymorphism of rs2231142 and rs72552713 of ABCG2 genes and renal impairment in male patients with gout.Method:A total of 314 male patients with gout in the department of rheumatology and immunology, outpatient department of Xinjiang medical university were collected,and507 male patients with gout in the control group were collected from the health examination center.Epidemiological investigations and general health examinations were conducted, blood samples were collected, relevant blood biochemical indicators were tested,AIP,Ccr and eGFR were calculated.Polymorphism of ABCG2 genes rs2231142and rs72552713 were detected by multiple snapshots.Result:?1?The AIP,SUA and TG in the gout group were higher than those in the control group, while eGFR and HDL-C were lower than those in the control group?P<0.05?.There was significant difference in the constituent ratio of renal function damage between the gout group and the control group?P<0.05?,in which the proportion of moderate renal insufficiency in the gout group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the risk of onset was 10.89times higher than that in the normal population?P<0.05?.?2?With the increase of AIP level, the constituent ratio of moderate renal insufficiency in the gout group increased from 9.1%to 13.5%.Moreover,when AIP was in the range of 0.4-0.6 and?0.6,the risk of moderate renal function damage in patients with gout was 9.616 and 5.037 times higher than that in normal controls, respectively.AIP,Scr and BUN[ORAIP=7.030?95%CI:1.09944.953?,ORScr=1.707?95%CI:1.4162.058?,ORBUN=2.016?95%CI:1.5812.572?]are the risk factors of renal function damage in patients with gout?P<0.05?.The risk of renal damage in gout patients with high level of AIP increased by 6.265 times, and after excluding known risk factors such as hyperglycemia and hypertension, the risk of renal damage increased to 7.030 times.?3?There were significant differences in genotype and allele frequency of ABCG2 gene rs2231142 locus between gout group and control group, and there were also significant differences in renal function damage the group and the control group?P<0.05?.?4?The risk factors of gout in people with GT genotype and TT genotype at rs2231142 locus of ABCG2 gene were 8.662?95%CI:6.15612.189?and2.291?95%CI:1.3733.821?times higher than those of GG genotype, respectively.Compared with G allele, people with T allele had a higher risk of gout?OR=2.605,95%CI=2.0973.237??P<0.05?.In patients with gout, the levels of SUA,AIP,BUN and Scr of GT and TT genotypes were also higher than those of GG genotypes, while the eGFR levels of GT and TT genotypes were lower than those of GG genotypes?P<0.05?.No association between rs72552713 locus of this gene and gout was found in this study.Conclusion:?1?AIP is closely related to renal impairment in male patients with gout and is of great significance for its prediction.Dynamic observation of AIP in patients with gout is helpful for early identification of the risk of renal failure in such patients.?2?The rs2231142 site of ABCG2 gene is a risk factor for renal damage in patients with gout, and the mutation of G/T in this gene can increase the risk of renal function damage in patients with gout.No correlation was found between the mutation of rs72552713 site of this gene and the damage of renal function in gout.
