Objective:To discuss the PICU whether 25 hydroxy serum vitamin D levels in children with a normal physical examination 25 hydroxy serum vitamin D levels are low.Explore 25 hydroxy serum vitamin D levels on the disease severity and prognosis of sepsis patients.Methods: Through the analysis of the clinical retrospective study in December 2014 to December 2016 in the first affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university during the PICU diagnosis and treatment of 125 cases of sepsis patients were retrospectively studied.Detection of serum 25-(OH)D levels blood leukocyte count(WBC),calcitonin(PCT),interleukin(IL-6),hypersensitive c-reactive protein(CRPH),part activated clotting time live enzymes(APTT),Prothrombin time(PT),aspertate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),blood sedimentatiom(ESR),and critically ill children score(PCIS score).First of all,will be collected in our hospital 125 cases of children with sepsis with same period clinic of our hospital outpatient medical 50 cases of normal physical examination 25 hydroxy serum vitamin D levels were compared,and conclusions for the PICU children with hydroxyl vitamin D levels below 25 healthy controls.Then according to the children with 25 hydroxy serum vitamin D levels are divided into adequate group(? 75mmol/L),the insufficient(50 ~ 75mmol/L),lack of group(<50mmol/L),compared between groups.Second to 28 days outcome in children with the finish,again carries on the comparison to survival group and death group.Using Logistic regression analysis to determine the independent factors affecting the prognosis.Results: To be lack of vitamin D deficiency group,the group,adequate children of 75 cases(60%),40 cases(32.0%),10 cases(8%)respectively.two comparison between the three groups,according to the lack of case fatality rate(37.3%)than less than group(7.5%)and adequate group(0%)increased significantly(P<0.05),the lack of a group of patients with severe sepsis and septic shock and sufficient PCIS score is significantly higher than group(P<0.05).Survival group 94 cases of comparision between group of 31 cases with death,hydroxyl vitamin D levels,age,PCIS score,PCT and CRPH difference was statistically significant,25 hydroxy serum vitamin D levels and PCIS score is the mortality of sepsis in children with 28 days independent image factors.Conclusions: PICU children with 25 hydroxyl vitamin D levels below healthy controls.To reduce the level of 25 hydroxy serum vitamin D may worsen the condition of patients with sepsis,increasing the risk of death,prognosis of images.
