| Objective: 1.Detection of allergic diseases in children and respiratory tract infection(without wheezing)in children’s serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 levels;2.Allergic disease group(experimental group)and not suffering from allergic diseases group(control group)of total serum levels of IgE in children;3.To investigate the allergic diseases and Vitamin vitamin D levels of correlation.Methods:select January July 2015-2016 in pediatric ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University in hospitalized children with a total of 60 cases,of which previous or the hospital have allergic disease symptoms in children with 32 cases,which 18 cases were male,14 cases of female,age between 2 to 14 years,mean age 5.49 + 3.25 years.All the children in the experimental group were due to pneumonia,bronchitis or upper respiratory tract infection admitted to,including 15 cases of pneumonia patients,8 cases of children with bronchiolitis,upper respiratory tract infection in patients with 9 cases.Respiratory tract infection(10 cases of pneumonia patients,11 patients with bronchitis,upper respiratory tract infection patients,7 Cases)but no symptoms of allergic diseases(control group)28 cases,13 cases of male,15 female patients,the age between 2 to 14 years,mean age 4.89 + 3.08 years.Using liquid series mass spectrometry determination of levels of serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 and radioimmunoassay determination of serum total IgE levels of the experimental measurement data expressed as mean + standard deviation,all data were processed by SPSS statistical software,each group gender composition was compared by chi square test.Among the three groups are compared using the independent sample t-test analysis,correlation factor analysis using the Pearson correlation method to detect and P<=0.05 with statistical significance.result1.Levels of serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3: allergic disease group(25 hydroxyvitamin D3 is 17.09 + 6.74ng/ml,control group 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 level 2.385 + 6.734ng/ml,allergic disease patients serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 levels significantly lower than control group,vitamin D deficiency rate is higher than the contrast group,the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).2.Two groups of children serum total IgE levels: allergic disease group total IgE levels for 550.41 + 704.78IU/ml.In the control group,the total IgE level of 48.29 +31.36IU/ml,allergic disease group total IgE levels significantly higher than control group,the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.The two groups of children in each group and total IgE level correlation comparison shows: allergic disease children serum 25 hydroxy vitamin D3 levels and total IgE were significantly correlated with and was negative correlation with statistical significance(r=-0.371,P < 0.05);control group of children blood Qing 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 and total IgE in no correlation(r=-0.039 P=0.812)Conclusion:1.The level of vitamin D3 in serum of children with allergic diseases was lower than that of control group,and the decrease of vitamin D3 level in children may be one of the causes of allergic diseases in children.2.The total IgE level in allergic disease group was significantly higher than that in control group,the level of serum total IgE was closely related to the onset of allergic disease,the higher the total IgE level,the more likely the allergic disease attacks.3.The experimental group and control group serum 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 level and total IgE were significantly correlated,and showed a negative correlation,indicating that vitamin D3 on IgE may inhibit,experimental group vitamin D3 was significantly lower than that of the control group,vitamin D3 supplementation may will reduce the occurrence of allergic diseases,vitamin D3 license to become the adjuvant treatment of allergic diseases. |
