Abstract/Summary:
Objective: Through the comparison of type 2 diabetes and type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with abnormal bone mass, bone mass of related risk factors in patients with type 2 diabetes and abnormal analysis;improve the quality of life for patients with diabetes, the occurrence and development of osteoporosis prevention, reduce the incidence and reduce the economic burden of patients with fracture, and provide scientific basis for. Methods: A total of 1110 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps from June 2015 to-2016 in September were investigated.Among them,655 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with abnormal bone mass, and only those with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM)were included in the study. There were 445 people with diabetes mellitus(DM)with bone abnormalities(osteopenia and osteoporosis)as the case group, and those with normal bone mass as control group.Including the general situation of patients were collected: age, sex, smoking, blood pressure, body mass index(BMI),and biochemical indexes: fasting blood glucose(FPG),cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c),urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr),fasting insulin(FINS),index of diabetic microvascular complications. The comparative analysis of the above general information of patients, biochemical indexes and diabetes related complications, data were analyzed by spss20.0 statistical software, using the measurement data with normal distribution, between the two groups were compared by t test;do not comply with the use of normal distribution in number and spacing of four groups were compared by description non parametric test;using frequency countdata description, comparison between groups using χ~2 test, using non conditional Logistic regression analysis of influencing factors on P<0.05,there were significant differences. Results: 1)diabetic patients with abnormal bone mass group,age<49 years old accounted for 31.8%the number of men, women accounted for 32%,the number of male 50<aged<59 accounted for 68.3%,the number of women accounted for 78.4%,the number of male 60<aged<69 accounted for 50.7%,the number of women accounted for 91.6%,the number of men aged>70 accounted for 72.5%,women accounted for 83.2%.Age<in the diabetic group, the number of men 49 years of age accounted for 68.2%,the number of women accounted for 68%,the number of male 50<aged<59 accounted for 31.7%,the number of women accounted for 21.6%,the number of male 60<aged<69 accounted for 49.3%,the number of women accounted for 8.4%,the number of men aged>70 accounted for 27.5%,women accounted for 16.8%.2)the comparison between two groups, there were statistical significance in age, course of disease,BMI,systolic blood pressure, gender, smoking and other factors(P< 0.05),the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with abnormal bone age, disease duration, systolic blood pressure higher than the diabetic group,BMI was lower than that of type 2 diabetes mellitus group(P<0.05).diabetes mellitus complicated with nephropathy, retinopathy and neuropathy, diabetes mellitus with bone mass abnormalities increased significantly, and there was statistical significance(P<0.001).3)diabetic patients with abnormal bone mass group of FPG,Hb A1 c higher than the diabetic group, the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01,P< 0.05),diabetic group FINS,Cr,TG higher than the case group, two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.01,P< 0.05),in male diabetic patients with abnormal bone mass group FPG,Cr,Hb A1 c higher than the diabetic group, the two groups were statistically significant(P< 0.01,P< 0.05),diabetes mellitus group FINS and LDL than the case group, the two groups were statistically significant(P< 0.01,P< 0.05).In women, the FPG and Hb A1 c in the group with diabetes mellitus complicated with bone mass abnormality were greater than that in the diabetic group, and the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).4)with the increase of age and course of disease, the incidence rate of abnormal bone mass increased in patients with type 2 diabetes, older than 50 years old, either male or female incidence of abnormal bone mass increased significantly, and higher in women than men, there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).5)regression analysis found that the use of Logistics: female, age, duration, smoking, high blood glucose,Hb A1 c and diabetic complications(retinopathy, neuropathy, nephropathy)is a risk factor for diabetes and abnormal bone mass. Conclusion: Age,smoking, duration of disease,BMI,blood sugar, glycosylated hemoglobin, complications of diabetes and gender are the independent independent risk factors of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with bone loss.
