Objective: To explore the main occupational stress factors existed in the oilfield vehicle drivers,to understand the occupational stress level and explore the effect of occupational stress on health and work ability of oilfield vehicle drivers, and provide reference for the oil company executives to respond effectively to the introduction of protective measures of occupational stress. Methods: The AET analysis was used to explore the main occupational stress factors of the oilfield vehicle drivers. The mental health and occupational stress status of 1,352 oilfield vehicle drivers were investigated by using stratified cluster sampling method, including occupational stress inventory(OSI-R),work ability index(WAI),symptom self-assessment scale(SCL-90),job burnout questionnaire(CMBI)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale(PSQI).603 oilfield vehicle drivers were extracted to measure the physiological health status indicators simultaneously. Results: 1)The questionnaire recovery rate was 96.6%;2)AET analysis showed that special vehicle drivers' occupational stress factors included the equipment of motor transportation,to be responsible for the serious accident, sit properly,legs-feet,the heavy weight, control, etc;large, medium and small passenger vehicle drivers' occupational stress factors included delicate state of force,to be responsible for the serious accident, weekly working hours, the object's movement speed,etc;3)The oilfield vehicle drivers ' occupational stress was at a high level. The total score of professional task and stress response were higher than the national norm, and the total score of coping resources were lower than the national norm(P<0.05).The results of comparison of professional task(ORQ)score of the research objects of different individuals or behavioral characteristics showed that male, under 35 years old age group, college degree or above, special vehicles and commercial vehicles, unmarried oilfield vehicle drivers were tested higher scores.Less than 35 year old age group, special vehicles and commercial vehicles, college degree or above, unmarried oilfield vehicle drivers were tested higher scores in the stress response(PSQ)score.the Uygur and other ethnic groups, less than 35 year old age group, less 15 years length of service, college degree or above, unmarried, not smoking, not drinking oilfield vehicle drivers were tested higher scores in the coping resources(PRQ)score;4)The positive symptoms detection rate of mental health, job burnout detection rate, sleeping disorders detection rate of oilfield vehicle drivers in different stress levels was different(P<0.01),and the detection rate rises as the stress level rises. The detection rate of hypertension, blood lipid, blood glucose and abnormal electrocardiogram(ECG)of oilfield vehicle drivers in different stress levels was different(P<0.05);5)Logistic regression analysis showed that personal resources was a protective factor for reducing oilfield vehicle drivers' working ability, the OR value was 0.994.Married and hypertension were risk factors for reducing working ability, with the score of stress response, sleep quality, occupation task, mental health increased, the reducing possibilities of working ability of oilfield vehicle driver respectively increased by 1.138,1.119,1.017,1.005 times. Conclusion: There were a lot of occupational stress factors in the field of oilfield vehicle drivers, for example the equipment of motor transportation,to be responsible for the serious accident, sit properly,legs-feet,the heavy weight, control, delicate state of force, weekly working hours, the object's movement speed, and the oilfield vehicle drivers' occupational stress was at a high level.Occupational stress could affect mental and physical health.Marital status, blood pressure, occupational tasks, individual stress response, individual coping resources, mental health, and sleep quality were the main influencing factors of working ability of the oilfield vehicle drivers.
