To Oberserve The Effect Of Closed Acute Soft Issue Injury Of Extremities With Different Thins Of Shangke Black Cream

Objective:SKBC was the orthopeadics expert Wang Jixian's experience summary,which had been did many clinical study and joined in clinical application in a long time,through them we finds that it has a good effect on soft issue injury.Based on the pinple of RICE to know the relation of the thins of ointment and the effect of CAS? of extremities,the SKBC wasmade by the forth hospital of Xinjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital preparations.Research methods:we observed some patients of CAS?of extremities of the forth hospital of Xinjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital preparations emergency diagnosiscase from 2015 Oct to 2016 Dec in total of 89.Depend on the pinple of random,control,double-blind,by dividing a,b,c three groups,a group had 29 patients,b group had 32 patients,c group had 28 patients,respectively the thickness of Whichwaslmm,3mm,5mm.Wecanresearchthepain,swelling,tenderness,dysfunction,ecchymosis five observation index to score,then according to various symptoms improved statistics and calculus of variations the analysis of different treatment effect.Results:1)intra-group comparison:after 14 days the treatment effect is better than after 7 days'(P<0.05);2)group comparison:after 14 days the treatment effect is similar with after 7 days'(P>0.05);3)there may has some relation between the size of ecchymosis and the thickness of SKBC.Research conclusions:SKBC is effet to CAS?,though the sugury we got a conclusi on that there is no statistical significance between thickness and clinical effect,I concluded some factors,as the doubfull of mechanism and pharmacology,had not a leg to stand on the thickness,less sample capacity,so we don't need to think that there is no relation between them.And through the sugury we can known that 1mm is more valuable in clinical,for reference only.
