Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and significance of prethrombotic states on Opatients with different degrees of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)instable period.Methods:150 cases with COPD patients treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were divided into three groups, based on inclusion and exclusion criteria with lung function results, namely the mild group(n=50)moderate group(n=50),severe and extreme group(n=50),and 50 cases healthy people from the hospital selected randomly as control group(n=50).Comparative analysis of each patient’s general information(age, gender and ethnic)and coagulation indexes, such as fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),D-dimer(D-D),hemoglobin(HB)and Platelet count(PLT)were measured. Results:There was difference in age between the groups(P<0.05),while no statistical significance in gender and ethnic between the groups.Compared with the control group, the levels of APTT,PLT and PT in the mild, moderate, severe to extreme groups were no statistical significance(P>0.05),while the levels of HB,D-D and FIB in the groups were statistical significance(P>0.05).And the level of HB,D-D and FIB in different groups were increasing from mild to extreme degrees of COPD with statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:There were differences in different degrees of prethrombotic state of COPD patients in stable period, that is,the heavier of COPD,the more significance of prehtrombotic state.
