Ankle Bone Osteotomy Steel Plate Fixed With Ilizarov Technique On Traction In Orthodontic Treatment Of Ankle Arthritis Clinical Comparative Study

Objective: To compare the ankle bone osteotomy plate fixation and ankle bone union Ilizarov technique in treatment of ankle arthritis clinical curative effect.Methods:Were retrospectively analyzed in March 2015 to March 2015 in my bone disease orthopedic surgical treatment of 41 cases of varus ankle arthritis patients clinical data,according to the operation methods of the divided into A,B two groups,group A on an ankle bone osteotomy plate fixation,group B Ilizarov technique on an ankle bone osteotomy method that external fixation.A group of 21 cases,preoperative AOFAS scores 46.71±9.30,on an ankle bone osteotomy plate fixation;B group of 20 patients,preoperative AOFAS scores 45.92±8.91,Ilizarov technique on an ankle bone osteotomy method that external fixation.Comparison of two groups of patients before and after the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,surgical imaging changes and postoperative complications,in postoperative 3,6 and 12 months respectively,using AOFAS-HA score evaluate curative effect.Results: The operation time of group A(75.50±24.36)min,intraoperative blood loss(100.30±30.36)ml;Group B operation time(60.10±23.55)min,intraoperative blood loss(70.70±40.12)ml;Group A,21 cases received follow-up for 3 ~ 24 months,the average 14.8±3.1)months;Group B,20 cases received follow-up for 3 ~ 24 months,the average(13.6±1.5)months.Two groups of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,compare the difference was statistically significant,TAS,TLS value has no statistical significance.A group of 6 cases of postoperative complications,3 cases in group B,the more similar between the two groups has statistical significance.12 months postoperatively,AOFAS-HA score of group A(83.45±1.59)and group B(83.15±1.95),is similar between the two groups have no statistical significance(t = 7.21,P > 7.21).Conclusion:Ilizarov tension on the ankle bone osteotomy method that external fixation technique on the ankle bone osteotomy plate fixation,small trauma,less bleeding,avoid secondary operation,can improve the patient's ankle function,TAS,TLS,AOFAS-HA score value,there is no obvious difference.Both kinds of surgery can effectively improve varus ankle arthritis clinical symptoms.
